We used Concierge Limo for our wedding and after the fact, I really wish we would have used a different service. The limo showed up early at my house and loaded me, the bridesmaids, and all our stuff and away we went to the church. Upon entering the limo and opening the champagne, we noticed there was a crushed Busch Light can in one of the glasses and what looked like lipstick and a leftover beverage in several of the provided glasses. Gross. Yuck. So after the ceremony we were to go from Randolph, MA to Easton, MA to do our outdoor pictures. Knowing that daylight was of the essence, we asked the driver to make sure we got there quickly. That definitely didn't happen. Instead, we went the most ass-backwards upside down way through Randolph and Stoughton (down Rt. 138) which added nearly 30 minutes to what should have taken 20 minutes, tops had we gone down Rt. 24 which we requested in the first place. Needless to say, I was pissed and I still am. Since we got virtually no pictures, Hubs and I have to get re-dressed up and try to recreate our wedding pictures. Factored in with the fact the whole situation could have been avoided had we taken the most direct way, I called the company to explain the situation and let them know that we were not happy with the service, let alone the dirty limo. Am I a girl that drinks Busch Light? Absolutely not!! At any rate, the person I spoke to never really apologized and instead blamed our photographer and kept re-emphasizing that "we gave you a free upgrade." While that is true, we did take the free upgrade, any professional driver would know one of the easiest ways from Randolph to Easton is a quick zip down Rt. 24. Three lanes of highway traffic always moves faster than one lane of traffic with stoplights. The red flag should have been the cash-only aspect of this business. Had the limo been booked with a personal check or on a credit card, I would have issued a stop payment so fast, heads would still be spinning. In the end, a refund was offered and although nothing can be done now after the fact, I can't say I will call Concierge again for when I need a limo. read more

They are awesome & incredibly cheap!!! We rented the 14 passanger limo for Halloween. They suprised us that night (in the middle of a snow storm) with the party bus! They drove all the way from Stoughton, MA to Andover in awful conditions. That alone speaks volumes for the company and their service. There was no extra fee for the party bus, they did it just because. The driver was awesome, the experience was awesome. Overall they are great people to work with. I would def. reccommend them to anyone looking for a affordable, professional, and reliable limo/bus. read more

I was so disappointed with the service offered by this company last weekend. Our driver's name was Pam and the entire day was ruined due to the following issues: 1. Pam was a smoker and when we arrived and got into the bus it smelled of cigarettes due to her smoking directly outside. 2. Pam claimed to "take this route all the time" and "know the backroads" which was a complete and blatant lie due to the fact that we left the North shore to go to Gillette Stadium at 12:15 and didn't arrive until 4 hours later. Even allowing for massive traffic, it should have taken no longer than 2 hours to get there. Every "back road shortcut" she took was blocked off by barricades and police officers. 3. Pam literally stopped for a bacon egg and cheese and coffee from dunkin donuts on our time and money. 4. It was on our second "shortcut" that the bus started to smell.... 5. When we complained that the bus started to smell like gas, Pam's response was, "It's fine, open the windows"...no PAM, the bus is about to break. The bus started smoking and broke down on the side of the road at 3:30 PM while we were still a half hour away from the stadium. We waited for a substitute bus and was assured we would be on our way. 6. When the next bus arrived, a man who I believe to be one of the owners got off and explained that this was a 14 person bus with no storage. We had rented a 24 person bus with storage. He told us what was most important was getting us to the concert and that he would send a new bus while we were there....that never happened. 7. We finally arrived at the stadium after 4PM where Pam promptly started smoking again. She then proceeded to complain that we were "talking about her" behind her back. HELLO LADY WE ALL JUST HAD TO WAIT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR 30 MINUTES ONLY TO BE SQUISHED INTO A BUS THAT CAN BARELY FIT THE NUMBER OF BODIES WE HAVE NEVER MIND ALL OF OUR COOLERS, FOOD, GRILLS, GAMES, ETC. When all was said and done, we had no choice but to take that bus home since the company never fulfilled their promise to provide us with a new one. The FINALE: When we tried to get a refund or partial refund for this horror of a day, the company said that Pam gave us $200 back in cash and since we couldn't prove that she didn't, they couldn't do much more for us. She lied and screwed us over. This company is complete and utter crap with unreliable employees who lie and steal in order to keep their company going. There are a million other bus companies who will do an amazing job for you (WebbTrans for example), you don't need this aggravation. Thanks, Pam! read more

Merv was awesome! We used concierge limousine for my friends bachelorette party. Amazing! I recommend them for everything. Merv went and got us a cooler and ice while we were at our first stop of the night. One of our friends couldn't get in so he dropped her off at the hotel and then went back to pick her up afterwards. We were looking for an option to collect family members from 3 locations -- Stoughton... Canton... Hanover... into Boston and back. We had a fantastic experience. 1. reasonable price. I booked a party bus for my girlfriend's birthday and everything was handled very professionally. Sonja is very responsive and I had no trouble getting answers to all my questions in a timely manner. Our driver was Pam and she was friendly and professional. She was very patient when we made changes to the itinerary and when we went over the scheduled amount of time we originally booked the bus for. Pam arrived a few minutes early to pick us up, but didn't rush us. She was also on time for every pick up we had throughout the night. Concierge Limo is rock solid! I found them on Craigslist so I was a tad leary with the low price advertised but I called them anyway. Sonja was so pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. She's such a sweetheart, we were so psyhed (and surprised) when she upgraded us to the Party Bus for free!! Merv picked us up in Plymouth right on time at a friend's house and we were all amazed when we boarded the Party Bus - flashing lights, a fun neon martini sign, stripper pole (how fun!), a bar area in the back stocked with ice, a bottle of wine, a few beers, place for trash and a fantastic stereo system. We were headed to the Comcast Center for a Motley Crue and Poison concert so the tunes were a blarin. Merv was a fantastic driver, went above and beyond asking us at one point if we wanted to move our parking spot (b/c one in our group mentioned being closer to a different area, which we didn't end up doing). But just the fact that he asked that was very much appreciated. I called Sonja a few days after to tell her what a great time we had, in a large part thanks to them! I also inquired to see if they recovered any 'lost' items from that night and after a thorough check of the bus called me back the same day. I have already referred coworkers and friends to them and will continue to do so. If you're reading this I wouldn't waste my time on anyone else - do not hesitate to call them. I found Concierge Limo through Craiglist and they had great rates and were fantastic to work with. They upgraded us to a Party Bus, which has free alcohol, a sound system, flashing lights and a stripper pole. Everyone had a great time. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. 19 of us rented a bus for countryfest this past weekend. Our driver, Pam, took it upon herself to take back roads which added uneccessary travel time as well as stopped at a dunks to get herself some food without asking anyone if it was ok before we even reached our destination. During our drive down, the bus started smelling like gas and she did not immediately pull over so we opened all the windows. Finally, when the bus began shaking she pulled over and the bus began making loud grinding noises so when we all ran off, we then saw the bus was indeed smoking. So at this point, we end up stranded on the side of the highway waiting for them to send us another bus. Finally, we receive a 12 passenger bus with no storage which is of course not safe seeing as there are 19 of us with multiple tables, coolers, etc. So we get on and finally end up at the concert and missed 2 and a half hours of our tailgate. At this point, the company has hours to find us a ride that will safely accommodate everyone however, this did not happen. We had to ride home on this bus for an hour drive. Of course, we expected some sort of refund. Well, the owners could only offer us a small refund because Pam, being the upstanding citizen that she is, claimed to have given us money back that night which NEVER HAPPENED. I booked a 10 person Limo through Concierge Limousine for a friends Bachelorette Party back in September. I booked it with Sonja, who was very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I was booking last minute but had no trouble. Sonja called several times in the days prior to the Bacehlorette party to follow up and confirm. On the day of the Party she called to ask if we wanted to be upgraded at no extra charge to a party bus. There was no catch. The bus showed up at my friends house early and Merv, our driver, was perhaps one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He was so easy going and was all about making our experience the best. The bus came, at no extra charge, with beer and wine, awesome. Merv was so patient with us and brought us where ever we wanted to go with no complaint. Fantastic all the way around! Sonya gave us by far the best price we found in the market to rent a party bus for 6 hours. The lights and sound inside are awesome. The seating isn't fancy, but it doesn't need to be. It's comfy and there's space to dance in the middle. Merv was AWESOME! A very fun, accommodating, and super nice driver.
