This was our first time selling a home and I was new to the process. Our agent opened up an escrow account with Concierge Escrow Service after our contract was signed. I had very little knowledge of how any of this would work and during this global pandemic, I wondered how everything would be taken care of remotely. Where do I begin! I am a real estate investor & Developer! When I first met Letty back in Nov 2015. I was recommended to her by one of my Real Estate Agents I work with. We were having issues with one of our closing, We were not able to get title insurance due to some errors made by the sellers when they acquire their property from their parents. So I contacted several escrow companies I worked with at that time and told them about the situation on hand, They all stated that, IT COULD NOT BE DONE!! That is when I contacted Letty and asked to meet with her regarding this file and explained the situation on hand. She met with me the very next day and explained to me what we would need to do in order to clear up the errors that were made by the sellers parents. I was so impressed and overwhelmed on how smart and professional she was, and how she went out of her way to get the items that were needed. No other escrow company was willing to do what Letty did and said it COULD NOT BE DONE!! Keep in mind I was working with these other escrow companies for more than 5 years prior to meeting with Letty! We closed our deal 5 days later, Like I mentioned before, I was so impressed with her services!
