To start, I never even received the keys to the house! My realtor and I tried to contact Wonnie,…read morebut he never responded and I had to replace all the locks at my own cost. A bunch of keys that do nothing were in the lockbox. I only got a key to the front screen door of the house. Red flag right there. All the claims in the listing about the work done were false and had to be redone, from plumbing to paint, unless it's now best practice to leave the masking tape where it is when you're done painting. It's like the work was done by anyone he could find with a pulse. Outlets were left in dangerous condition. The HVAC vents are from a laundromat. Our quartz counter top in the kitchen probably fell off a truck. The finish on it never looked right and it's still patchy despite best efforts to fix it. The staging people completely destroyed the interior (walls, floor) of the house when they came in to move everything out. A ton of garbage was left in the shed and the backyard that was supposed to be cleaned up. The rear gate fell over after a couple months. Pure trash. I regret buying this house every day I'm in it. Besides that he's great.

My husband and I closed escrow on our condo in August of 2012. After consulting with our realtor…read moreNahed about a property we liked during an open house, she did some research and was able to find a bank repo on the same street for $100,000 less than the one we were interested in. She warned us that closing a deal on a bank repo has potential to take longer than normal, but when completed, would save us a significant amount of money. She was definately right. It took months to close because we used the sellers lender and the sellers escrow company, per request of seller (there were 4 other offers on this place, so we agreed to the sellers request), BUT we saved soo much money in the end. Although it was a long process, Nahed was extremely diligent in regularly calling the lender, seller, and escrow officer to ensure that things were moving along and make sure nothing else was required from us. My husband and I were always in the loop, getting regular emails updating us on the status of our file. We were also lucky enough to have her office correct issues with the sellers escrow office. That helped speed things up, having her double check everything. Since closing escrow, we had one issue with AC/Heater which Nahed and helped us take care of by contacting Home warranty for us and also contacting the seller (bank of america) to get us refund for issues that were repaired (and not fixed correctly) during escrow. I've received all checks from these companies. I know that it's not their job to do this, but they've really gone above and beyond to make this a smooth process. I HIGHLY recommend Nahed and her team, and look forward to purchasing other properties with them!

To begin with, our realtor was unorganized and non-communicative. Over the course of this rather long short sale, I had to contact her for updates consistently. We would go weeks without a word from her. On the day that we finally closed, the happiest day of our lives, our realtor couldn't be bothered to deliver the keys due to a headache. Luckily we had the code to the lock box. After all the issues that we dealt with, her broker came out and promised to replace items that were removed, illegally, from the property. Here it is, a month later, and we are still waiting for him to fulfill his promise. Overall, this was a horrible experience!

The Best Realtors We Could Have Asked For!…read more My wife and I had been searching for our home for over a year, so by the time we met Santiago and Steve at an open house, we were definitely starting to wonder if we'd ever find the right place. We told them exactly what we were looking for, and they confidently told us, "We have the house of your dreams." Of course, we were skeptical -- we had been looking for a long time and had seen plenty of homes! Well... they actually did find it! Once we found the right home, we started working closely with Edith, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was incredibly responsive, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like she was genuinely on our side. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. We are incredibly grateful to Edith, Steve, and Santiago for helping make our dream of homeownership a reality. After more than a year of searching, we can finally say that the search is over -- we're in our dream home! If you're looking for realtors who truly listen, care about their clients, and go the extra mile, we highly recommend this team. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Since this transaction was going to be one of sentimental significance for me, I wanted a local specialist that knew my City, what it has to offer to newcomers, and also knew what this house can mean for the new purchaser and/or family. In my research I was quickly directed toward Steven and Edith at Century 21 Masters in Norwalk. We spoke about all that I felt to be important to me and my family and he and Edith gave an in-depth understanding of my desires and knowledge of the City, my neighborhood, and the state of the current real estate market. After a few conversations and an informative proposal I knew Steven and Edith were the team I needed. Part of my process to sell my home involved a couple of months of restoration, repairs, and upgrades. Even though our contract hadn't officially started (it started when house was ready to sell) I had confirmed my selection of them to list/sell the home, they were a constant help and resource as construction work was ongoing. They were truly partners throughout my entire process! I couldn't have asked nor found anyone better to lead me through this process. They marketed the home very well, kept communication with those that showed interest while keeping me informed the entire time. In the end, the home sold within a month to the right family and we couldn't be happier. As a seller or buyer, I would not hesitate to use Steven and Edith to represent and lead me through my Real Estate process!

They were prompt with communications and helped facilitate the entire escrow process with basically no hiccups. Every question we asked was answered with patience, clarity, and haste. When we needed clarification on certain issues, Feliz didn't hesitate to jump on a call with us. Deadlines are everything in the escrow process, especially when mortgage loans are contingent; as a result of their professionalism, these were always met. I'd heard of horror stories where buyers failed to close on the contracted closing date and thus incurred both penalties and headache. Sapphire Escrow was also able to tailor their service to our unique situation and kept all parties in sync (coordinating between buyer, seller, and lender) for a stress-free experience. They also managed to shear off some additional costs, saving us some money...which is always a plus. For a couple of first time homeowners, we were glad we chose to go with this company and would recommend them to others! If you're considering purchasing a home, I'd definitely recommend working with Rene and Dora…read more One of the parameters around the house we really wanted was that we had to close within 21-days. Knowing that there are so many external factors when getting loans approved and all signatures needed, I was a little skeptical, but our agent assured us that these two were some of the best and they could get it done. Our first house was supposed to take 30-days and ended up taking 45, so you could understand my concern. She couldn't have been more right as this transaction was pretty flawless. From the first time we met with Rene, my mind was at ease. He's super thorough and will take the time to walk you through every scenario that best fits your needs. He stayed in constant contact with us either by text, phone or e-mail and made sure that we were constantly updated on where we were in the process. His right-hand-woman was equally amazing. Dora was quick to send us docs and to follow up to ensure that we received everything we needed to keep the flow moving smoothly. She was readily available to answer any questions or provide further explanation when we needed it. One of the things I really disliked about the purchase of our first home through BofA was that they were really impersonal when it came to signing docs. Rene and Dora made us (I say that because we were just ready to sign) go through each sheet so they could explain everything making sure we fully understood what each signature meant. We left not only feeling confident about our purchase, but we felt like we got a good little education along the way. I would highly recommend these two. Whether you have a pre-approval letter already, or looking to start the process, I'd definitely let them run some numbers and see what magic they may be able to make. They'll give you an accurate picture of what to expect and for us, it was pretty damn close at the outcome. No surprises and they were always looking for ways for us to save during the process. There is definitely no pressure and they definitely took our best interest into consideration! Thanks for all of your help!
