Mona At CC was nothing short of "THE BEST"! We stayed for 2 weeks, planned something every 2-3 days and had a wonderful Honeymoon! Thank you CC!!!! 1. Haleakala - Great experience, very good guides, bus was very comfortable, they provided all the jackets and gear for the top, the guys took pictures of us and for us, pointed out everything that we should see, gave us all kinds of history about "Maui", etc. Only issue I had was motion sickness due to the bus ride up. Cycle down was great, great weather, great guides, kept us all very safe, just can't say enough good about them. 2. Mamma's Fish House - Wow, everyone should do this at least once, maybe 2 or 3 times. Shoreline at the restaurant was awesome, you could walk around and enjoy great scenery before and after dinner. 3. Alli'I Nui - Went out on this boat 2x. Once for the dinner feast (wow was that cool and delicious!). The service was above the board, accommodations were stellar! Only problem, I had was that we "moored up" for the meal (boat rocking a little). Definitely recommend this to anyone. Second trip, cuz we loved the first one, was Whale watching, Wow! They were spectacular again, service, boat, all absolutely 1st class. Oh and great food both times. : -) 4. We did not go on the snorkel trip, but we did snorkel all over the island. We found that one of the best snorkel spots was out in front of the Hale Pau Hanna resort. We saw turtles, all kinds of fish, an octopus, it was great. We also went to Hanalua Bay one day, which was incredible as well, then we went and saw the Blow Hole and hiked down to it. 5. Blue Hawaiian Helicopter - Wow!, now these guys are right up there with the All'I Nui. 1st class chopper, pilot, service, everything was great. Wow, I want to do that again! We got a cool video of the whole ride ($40.00, but who cares), we saw things you can only see from the air. 6. Le Le Feast - The food, the performers, the staff were all great, however, this place (as you mentioned) was behind the shopping center, which for me, kind of down graded the experience just a little. I understand the location is historically accurate to where the original Hawaiian Royalty used to entertain and that's important, BUT they need to "hide" the shopping center from view and make it feel more like being on the beach. 7. Hale Pau Hanna - You should recommend this resort to everyone as well. What a family friendly place and wow, what service. We were in a condo, 2nd floor, on the corner (great view), we had one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, etc. The unit included maid service 3x per week, gas grills on the premises (4 total - brand new, spotless, cleaned daily), nice grass area, pool, and the beach is right there, no streets, just walk 50 feet across the grass and you are on the beach. They provided all the can liners, sheets, linens, towel service (inside and beach), paper towels, toilet paper, etc., plus a Safe in the room. Great shops across the street and up and down the way, endless great beaches. Also, we were only 25 minutes from the marina and 45 min from Lahaina. 8. Oh Yah, we went to the Maui Aquarium on the way to the airport, wow! Another treasure. Fun people, and the greatest views of sea creatures. Another must do on the list. read more

This is my second vacation in Maui at Wailea Ekahi and both times the family's used Concierge Connection to help us plan and execute activities. All of the folks we've worked with (Rita, Connie, Sandy) have been very helpful, extremely courteous and fast. We've used them mostly for making restaurant recommendations and reservations, and at this they excel! They've also helped us with reservations and tickets for luaus, submarine rides, the aquarium. The first trip (2011) we were not aware of their services until after arriving in Maui and finding a message waiting on the condo phone. This was because I, being male, had failed to read all our rental materials which clearly spelled out that Concierge Connection was available to us. This trip (2013) I made amends by contacting them about a month before we left. They supplied a host of recommended activities, including kid-friendly stuff, and made our luau reservations at the Grand Wailea (which can sell out weeks in advance if not earlier!). If you are heading to Maui, I highly recommend giving them a call, either when you arrive or, better yet, before you leave. One caution ... when you are on Maui, be sure to check with the Connection on the days and hours they are available. We did find that on a particular weekend they were closed for an annual event, though normally they are available. It is a lot of fun to do your own travel planning and pretty easy through the Internet. Yet there is something delicious about getting good, live recommendations, having someone else do the calling around to find times and make reservations, and being able to arrive with a number of things-you-need-to-do already checked off your list. It makes it that much more relaxing and isn't that what it's all about?! read more

In Jan. 2017 My family of 4 took a two week vacation to Maui and booked all of our activities through Concierge Connection working with Mona. She was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. We initially spoke via phone to discussed activities we might be interested in and then finalized everything via a few email. She offered suggestions and tips like book the biking trip your first full day since you'll still be on New York time so getting up at 3:30am isn't to difficult. We planned a Luau, whale watching, snorkeling/sailing trips, a zip line trip, biking down Haleakala and helicopter tour. Every activity was fantastic, check in was smooth, no need to carry vouchers just check in with your name, real easy. We did notice that each activity wasn't jam packed with tons of others so felt we had a lot of personal attention and each trip had wonderful staff and treated us so well. I believe that was due to Mona's expertise, knowledge and relationship with the other vendors. She will send a complete itinerary with check in times and important information like what to bring, wear etc. I highly recommend booking through this company and save yourself the headache of figuring things out yourself especially if it's your first trip to Maui. read more

Our first trip to Hawaii is coming up (Dec. 2014), and I was so overwhelmed by the holidays and work that I wasn't even looking forward to the trip. That's just not right! A friend -- who is a veteran Hawaii traveler -- suggested I contact Concierge Connection, and am I ever glad I did! You have to be NUTS NOT TO!! They don't charge for their service (similar to a travel agency, which doesn't) unless you get a service like grocery shopping (which is a pretty cool thing as well). They set us up with what we wanted to do in no time flat. In fact, my husband had been trying to find tee times with no luck, but they got us one close by and at a wonderful course. I don't care if you've been to Hawaii many times or if this is your first trip, do yourself a favor and give these folks a call. They are super friendly and really care about helping. Sandi from Concierge Connection was a huge help during our trip! We didn't do much planning ahead of time because we were quite a large group and weren't sure how we'd all want to divide our time once we got there, but Sandi was able to find us exactly what we were looking for with basically just a day's notice. The luau that my step-son and I went to was AMAZING! We walked into the venue and our jaws dropped and the luau was soooo much fun. The next day we went snorkeling and it was just awesome. Breakfast, lunch, dessert and drinks were included and it wasn't a big boat filled with hundreds of people - there was roughly 45 of us on a catamaran and it was PERFECT! We were referred to Concierge Connection by our resort, Hale Pau Hana. Everything we set up went off without a hitch, it was perfect. Mona had great ideas of things to do while we were on the island, some we would not have considered before. She got us to one of the best snorkeling excursions, Trilogy, a special show in Lahaina, great restaurants, and even helped set up a lei greeting. The gentleman who greeted us at the airport took extra time to point us the right direction to pick up our rental car, and he had many tips of things to do in the area where we were staying.
