You feel like you're walking into a high priced, West Hollywood men's salon, without the high price and judgemental attitudes! Not only did I leave here with my skin smooth and hairless, but I will be back now for his barber services as well. The prices are beyond reasonable if you compare them to other stores around town. It's in North Palm Springs, but way worth the cost difference. And what impressed me the most about Fernando, is the time and detail he took to make sure it was done exactly to what I asked him to do. His personality makes you feel calm and at ease, and it's also peaceful if you just wanna lay there, close your eyes and have some moments of relaxation. I had the pleasure and good fortune to find this Barber for a large "Manscaping" job. After leaving my body hair growing for over a year, it was long and bothersome and needed to be trimmed everywhere! I saw a 5 star rating on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I made an appointment with JC, and selected the swimmers cut ( removal of all body hair with clippers. It took almost 2 hours, but was very comfortable as I lay on a massage table for the clipping. The finished product was excellent and it was a very Pleasant and professional experience! I will be returning to Palm Springs just for this service in the coming months! I always enjoy having an opportunity to share a positive experience when I experience one. I recently relocated to the Palm Springs area and was wanting to make sure I could find a local barber that could do a great fade. Believe me, it's very hard to find. Hence, why I used yelp to help me do my searching. I was able to easily book my appointment online with the desired service that I wanted which made it very convenient. I arrived abuot 10min early and was warmly greeted and offered either a water or a glass of bourbon. I shared a picture of the style of haircut I normally get and was told no problem at all. I have to tell you....it is a one on one experience. There are not a bunch of folks waiting to get cut. An appointment is required and I have never had a problem getting the appointment I need. This shop is quite, comfortable and accommodating. I like the beautiful and creative decor accents. My cut is always perfect. Great chatter, great banter. You even get a really nice neck and shoulder massage with his handy dandy hand massager. What a great way to end the cut and get on your way. I highly recommend this barber.
