Key lime pie.
Antonette B.

Food is good. We had hot wings & key lime pie. Wings is deli-cious not hot at all. Sauce is perfect! Key lime was okay. Hubby ate it all. Ambiance is good. It's located by gate 5 & 6. Thank you chef for cooking well. After being stuck in the plane, we have to come out. We came right back & stay at bar. Very disappointing the lady at the bar is not properly customer service. We were looking for the game. NO bears supporter She said she can't change the channel & even comment how can people get disappointed with the game. Bear down!!!! We got stuck in the plane with technical support. Now we don't know when we fly. 5:31pm- Saturday 01/17/26

Not terrible for airport food. We sat at the bar which had comfortable seating. The TV in front of me was on the menu guide the whole time so nothing to watch. Fish tacos were mostly toppings with overcooked chewy fish. Domestic bottle of beer was $9.

Home fries waaayyy overcooked.

This is a nice place to hang out and the food is OK but do not ever order a bloody Mary. It tasted like pure salt. It was so bad. The waitress gave us tomato juice to help it, but it was so bad. We couldn't even drink them. Also, just because we are a captive audience in the airport does not mean the restaurant service has to be rude or that the food is subpar. Come on Key West. You can do better than that.

Nice touches throughout the restaurant. The lip of the bar could be wider as knees bang against the wall when seated.

Breakfast sandwich was very good, served with seasoned home fries. The 2 eggs were cooked to order and the sausage was very good also. We sat at the bar where Heather took great care of us. Dec 1 in the morning is when Santa is there in the restaurant. Many classes of young children were there to see him. In the main part of the airport some little ones were in groups being read to. Lots of elves running around and even a Grinch! The main section of the restaurant was set up as a buffet for the kids, and Santa and his helpers were in the back with enough presents for each child, including time for photo opps. There was also live music. Very well done! The bar, the back booths and outside seating were open to travelers, but the rest of the restaurant was for the kids. The Christmas spirit is catchy and we left smiling all the way through security :)

"The sign" that she referred to. Note: the part she's referring to is only visible if you walk in from another direction.

There's another restaurant after secuirty- trust me: walk by this place! I'd rather die of hunger than see the haggard rude woman behind the bar ever again, let alone listen to her berate me in her "i've been smoking since I was five" voice. My crime? I offered to eat elsewhere since she was closing in 15 minutes, I asked if there was food anywhere else in the airport that had food. So she began to angrily lecture me that I had walked right by a sign that told me exactly what was available. Then added all I had to do was read it. Assuming, I was missing something I said, "OK thank you" And she continued, "ok fine, then, I'm not going to tell you" and walked off. vs. simply saying, "there's food in the terminal" Seriously, she has a personality disorder that's not compatible with food service or interacting with the general public. But if you like rude people, or you're bored, chat her up.

a burger and french fries

I would have to say the fried cod sandwich was massive. There was also 2 pieces. It was fried nice and crispy and juicy in the middle. The wings were very dry and small. Also, all I got were drumettes.

Brady’s Pub - Patty melt

Brady’s Pub

(30 reviews)

My wife and I went into Brady's Pub with low expectations. We had gone for an upscale brunch early…read morein the day, and wanted a "close and easy" option for dinner. Since we are staying on Smathers Beach, "close" is an issue. The feel of the place is definitely pub - nice large bar, mostly low table seating, dart board, etc. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean. Decent draft beer list - I was especially pleased to see a REAL Czech Pilsner (Pilsner Urquell). Great choice! The menu had a multitude of Irish-ish choices and some nice apps. Even though it was Easter Sunday they were offering a Happy Hour, so we started with some sweet chili wings. Not super spicy, not super sweet, very nice. Big wings. We split a Rueben for our main, and the house-made corned beef was EXCELLENT (albeit REALLY salty). We walked out full and happy, achieving our "close and easy" goal and enjoying the experience as well. We sat at the bar where Cheryl was our bartender and server. She was very efficient and very friendly. We really enjoyed talking with her and watching her interact with the really diverse group at the bar. Fun times!

When you walk in you may think, dive bar. Don't leave. If you're hungry and you came to eat, eat…read more The food is excellent and well worth it. The menu is not huge and that's fine. More attention is paid to what's offered. We had the potato leak soup with bacon and cheddar cheese. Rich and delicious. You might want to split it as it's very satisfying. My love had the chili lime wings. Ad says always fresh never frozen. I believe. Fat, juicy wings crunchy on the outside. Great stuff. I risked the classic reuben. As a NY Jew you've got to impress me with corned beef. They got it right. Really right. Ok? So its recommended. Not a dive bar, a towny bar. Well done.
