Conceptions is the most incredible IVF clinic - definitely one of the best in the country, and in the world! Dr. Bush is a genius, and a very calm, steady figure, especially as the head of your IVF plan, as he was for ours. We came to Conceptions after years of infertility and recurrent miscarriages. After all the initial testing we decided to go with IVF as the success rates are very high here at conceptions. I almost didn't go through with IVF as the cost, stress of going through the process, and fear of it not working really weighed on me. Luckily, I didn't let that all stop me, so we went through the egg retrieval process. Dr. Chiang did my egg retrieval and I had pretty much no pain post OP - it went so much smoother than I could have imagined. (I was really afraid of having the retrieval and let horror stories on line scare me - lol!) Everyone was so kind and reassuring before and after the procedure. We had great success creating embryos, and after the first embryo transfer failed, Dr. Bush personally made sure he was there to do the trial transfer prior to the real one. He assured me the next transfer was going to work - and guess what - it did! We had a successful pregnancy and birth and the whole team - from IVF to transfers - made our dream of a family come true. I am so glad I came to Conceptions to go through IVF. I want to add that some people leaving reviews say they never saw the doctor but once or twice. While this may be true, please know that the doctors are working hard behind the scenes even when you're not meeting with them. They are creating your specially tailored protocol, going over your bloodwork and results, and making sure you are being taken care of. The IVF and transfer teams relay any messages from the doctors and are just as hard working too. Everybody at this clinic cares about you and your success. I have never had positive experiences with healthcare providers until I came to Conceptions. They make sure that you have the tools you need to have a successful IVF or transfer cycle, even when it feels so hard to go through. The doctors, the front desk staff, the nurses, the phlebotomists, the embryologist team, the ultrasound technicians, and even the billing department and financial coordinators all are kind, understanding, and thoughtful when communicating with you. I would choose Conceptions over and over again - they are truly a world class IVF clinic and I feel extremely lucky to have happened to live nearby and go through one of life's toughest medical treatments with these amazing medical professionals. 2ND UPDATE: // TLDR We attempted a 2nd IUI at age 43 for me (first one was at age 41), and that one resulted in another beautiful baby girl. We literally were 2/2 on IUI. As with the first IUI, it involved very little medication. We are very thankful and blessed. Again, my Conceptions fertility doctor (Dr O'Shaughnessy) told me my eggs were no good and I wouldn't be able to conceive with my own eggs, but I really think she's full of sh*. UPDATE: // TLDR Conceptions advised against IUI, which is the procedure we wanted to undergo. They gave no legitimate reason, and I doubt the doctor even reviewed my previous records as she said she would. I had 2 failed IVF protocols here, the first one of which was an improper protocol (by the doctor's own words). I was told my eggs were no good and I needed an egg donor ($55K+), but I went to my original clinic in Arizona and got pregnant on first attempt with IUI with minimal medication compared to IVF. 2 MONTHS LATER. We are now the proud parents of a healthy, beautiful baby girl. This clinic definitely feels like a cash grab and I'm convinced the doctor we had is full of s*** and primarily motivated by money not results. IUI costs maybe $1K vs IVF which is about $10K-20K for most people, even with insurance. read more

Summary: -Stressful scheduling -Unwilling to correct their mistakes -Lacking compassion -Disregard for patient time -Unnecessarily complicated registration process I cannot remember ever taking the time to leave a review for any business, but my experience here was so bad that I felt I should so that others would not have to go through the stress that we did. I wish that I had read the reviews online before ever scheduling an appointment with this awful office. Last week, I called and scheduled an appointment for 10:45 am, providing all of the basic information (names, birthdates, insurance group number/phone/details for benefits/etc.). The day before the appointment, I received a threatening voicemail that if I did not set up my online portal (which requires setting a password, waiting for an email, downloading an app, etc.) before 2 pm, my appointment would be cancelled. The process is multi-step and time consuming and has to be done for both people (husband and wife) as two separate accounts. Apparently you cannot fill out the paperwork and get it set up in person like at every other doctor's office. The voicemail also said that my appointment was at 10 am (not 10:45 which is what I scheduled). We were at work and didn't even get the message until 2 pm. My husband stopped what he was doing to complete the portal registration. He called the office and the person on the phone insisted that the appointment was at 10 am. Once he got logged into the portal, he was able to see the appointment time, and confirmed with a screen shot that the appointment was in fact at 10:45 am. We sent the screenshot to the office and they called to tell me that I had an ultrasound scheduled for 10:45, but my "real" appointment was at 10 am. I had ever scheduled an ultrasound. I was going in for a first-consultation. I had never even been to this office, nor had I been told about an ultrasound. I received a second email from them once the portal was set up, saying that they needed my insurance card and were required to verify my benefits before I could come in. I had already provide all of the information to them. Additionally, this was a consultation which we could easily just pay for out of pocket. While on the phone, I asked them to honor the appointment time that they set and they said they could not. This is at 4 pm the day before the appointment. My husband is a physician who had adjusted his patient schedule and I am a college professor who had already requested a sub and had approved time off from work. We do not have jobs that enable us to reschedule with no notice. People going to see someone for help conceiving are likely already in an emotional situation. Having to deal with incompetence in the scheduling process, an unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming registration process and a company that couldn't even correct their own mistake only adds to the already heightened stress and emotions. We now need to find a new clinic. We were so looking forward to moving forward on our journey of trying to have a baby, and it is defeating to feel set back. We now need to find a new clinic. However, I am glad that this happened now so that we don't have to experience this when we are much more involved in the process. Also, after reading the reviews online, it seems we saved ourselves what could've been a far-worse situation. read more

I thinks it's important to start this review with the understanding we all know how time sensitive fertility things are. If you miss a window, it's another month etc. Scheduling appointments for procedures or appointments in general can take weeks to months. We started our infertility journey at conceptions 4 years ago, when after a 15 min conversation, dr. G told us to follow her on instagram before passing us off to a nurse. We never went back, except a few sperm tests for other providers. This time, we also went for a DNA fragmentation. Every resource and provider available reports this is a quick turn around, up to a week for most, and MAYBE 2 if there is a very busy office, but that was even a push. I began calling conceptions after the two week mark for updates, and they would say, "it typically takes a few days but we will have them get right on it". After the 3rd week, their tune changed to, "this takes 2-3 weeks". 4 weeks of waiting (and an upcoming follow up there results were supposed to be back for, in addition to a pending surgery) they began saying "this is a 4-6 week turn around". Our urologist ensured us, this is not normal. But of course it didn't surprise us with "Conceptions" because we have never had a good experience with them. We are going on 5 weeks with no results, and moved forward with other procedures 'blind' because it was a "now or a month from now" scenario. I would never recommend conceptions to anyone. This area has so many other fertility clinics, do not let them waste your very important time. They may do this everyday for hundreds of people, but you deserve to feel like someone cares about your journey, and takes it seriously. read more

I'm responding to my earlier post regarding the response that was sent back. It has nothing to do w HIPPA; it was my experience with the things that could possibly go wrong not told upfront. A doctor should be honest, not speak about his record producing numbers, be available to patients when they are confused as to why it didn't work (we had embryos), and also not be condescending because we asked for a meeting after the first round to understand more why. It's sad. This is such a hard thing to go through; especially not knowing potential outcomes. I would call the number you sent over last and discuss; but what resolution would come out of it? I trusted the Dr, and I felt like we didn't get told the whole story and spent almost 100,000$. I understand it may not work for everyone, but I did not understand the possibilities of not implanting. read more

We moved from CCRM (1 star) to Conceptions (4 star) and were really happy we did. CCRM was a private equity-owned IVF factory. CCRM waited months into the process to let us know the costs. Not only were Conceptions' prices lower than CCRM, but Conceptions was really clear from day 1 about costs. All of these clinics take on more clients than they should. But, Conceptions offered much more personalized service than CCRM. I feel like everyone knew my name and cared about my success. The embryologists, doctors and nurses were all excellent. They are very LGBTQ friendly. The only thing that prevents 5 stars is that they take on too many clients, so it can take 2+ months to get and appointment with the doctor or to have the next procedure you need. In the meantime, you're only getting older. Relatedly, I also felt like nobody explained to me that your first IVF often needs to be followed by an immediate second round within the same cycle to be successful. If you wait to get advice from the doctor, it is too late to take advantage of doing two IVF retrievals in one cycle. By the time I realized this was an option it was a real rush to get my insurance to approve the second cycle in time. But, I'm glad I did because the second round was the charm. I kind of had to ask a lot of questions and be my own advocate. I think this relates back to them being distracted by too many clients. read more

We went through two rounds here and they were unsuccessful both times. When the first round failed we were pushed into the second without even meeting with the doctor. We didn't discuss what went wrong or what could go better the second round. Just order the meds, suck it up and move on. When that round failed, they attempted to push us into a third round and we said we weren't doing another until we met with the doctor. The nurse tried to talk me out of it talking to the doctor. When I refused she told me to call back to make an appointment. When I told the doctor how I felt she understood and we took a break from the treatments. Haven't heard a peep from anyone other than for money. Months later, I was contacted being advised they had been storing embryos that weren't viable and that I needed to sign additional paperwork. We signed paperwork stating no storage so I advised the nurse of this existing paperwork. Over a year later I'm getting a bill from this place for storage. The nurses contradict the doctors. They are hard to get a hold of. They aren't really helpful. Generalized answers are provided and they don't really know what's going on. It's frustrating enough to have to deal with infertility but to deal with this level of negligence is worse. They literally want your money and could care less about making sure you are doing everything possible to get pregnant. I feel duped and taken advantage of. I wish I could have stopped at round two and reassessed coming to this clinic. There is a lot of money and emotion that goes into this process, trust shouldn't called into question. Even with the two failed round, I shouldn't feel taken advantage of and wonder if I was lied to. This was disappointing all the way around read more

We can't say enough wonderful things about Conceptions, and the experience we've had working with everyone at the Littleton office! We started out at a different clinic, and after quite a few disappointments and mishaps, decided to switch to Conceptions. We met with Dr. Bush, and immediately felt a million times better than we had with our previous doctor. His experience and expertise gave us so much confidence. During our one round of IVF, we probably had over 20 visits to this office. From the initial consultation to our last appointment seeing our baby's heartbeat, and each surgery, procedure, ultrasound and blood draw in between, every experience was outstanding! And the nurses we worked with were amazing! Lindsay was our first nurse during the egg retrieval process, and then Jessica took over as our FET nurse. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. I can't imagine going through this experience with another clinic. Conceptions did a great job helping us conceive our miracle babies. However, 11 years later we are now starting to get random bills for services that Conceptions did not provide us. We have been arguing with their billing department for over a year. Billing tells us the situation is resolved and then the next month we receive another bill. Be very careful if you choose to use this group as you may end up paying for services they didn't provide you and long after you have made your final payment. read more

I would like to start by saying Br. Bush and his entire team of nurses were nothing but great. We truly appreciated the time we spent with them and the help that they provided to us. On the other hand, their billing department has been nothing short of a nightmare. After 6 different interactions with Renee I can confidently say she is the entire reason why we left Conceptions and went to a direct competitor. I have never dealt with a more difficult employee before. For a business that deals with so much emotion you would think that the employees could show some empathy, especially when it comes to finances. Renee interrupts you when you're speaking, she speaks over you, she raises her voice at you, she hangs up on you, its clearly an inconvenience for her to explain to you why you are getting a bill.... my insurance company even called me to let me know how rude Renee had treated them and the lack of respect she has for others. If that isn't bad enough, I have reached out to her supervisor twice now and have never received a call back. read more

My husband and I were very hopeful the doctors here and their staff would have answers to our infertility questions and that we would be guided through a well-established and safe protocol for IVF. The nurse we were assigned to appeared to be juggling multiple administrative duties and other patients and abruptly cancelled our follow up with Dr Bush after an ultrasound and MRI revealed I had an adnexal mass and ovarian "endometrioma". She didn't have any patient information or resources even to explain the significance of endometriosis in my infertility and would only forward a comment from Dr Bush that he recommended an operation to remove and biopsy the ovarian mass. There was never any explanation as to whether I should be concerned about the potential for a malignancy even and we were told we would not be allowed to undergo IVF at Conceptions Reproductive Associates. We're a mixed race couple and I have a medical degree coming into this long journey. I will likely never forgive Dr Bush or Erika for committing this heinous act of unethical disregard. Dr. Aimee Ferrandino was absolutely amazing. I had to get my left falopian tube removed and she was very involved every step of the way. I had a very poor experience with Conceptions. To start, the lack of education about IVF is disappointing. From my understand of their teaching, you would have multiple "mature eggs" from your egg retrieval, of those a handful would inseminate and then from there a handful would be genetically "normal."However, they forgot to mention that you could end up with 1 or no embryos. When going into this process I understood I would not necessarily get pregnant with the first embryo. However I did not understand that it could be my only chance and I would have to start all over finically and emotionally. This was incredibly disappointing when I was the one this happened to. During my egg retrieval they over sedated me and had to give me narcan to reverse the medication since I wasn't breathing on my own. I believe that this compromised my egg retrieval. On ultrasound it appeared that I had multiple mature follicles but then after the retrieval they only got 2 "mature eggs." I believe that they were panicking when I wasn't breathing and that is the reason for the lack of "mature eggs." Due to this, I only had one viable embryo. This was so incredibly stressful and to add onto it they recommended extra tests and medications (more money) to try to enhance my chance of getting pregnant. Furthermore some of the nursing staff were extremely rude! Instead of treating you like a patient paying A LOT of money, they treat you like you are lucky to have them treating you. I brought my concerns about the over sedation, poor nursing treatment, etc to the Dr. Bush's attention and I was quickly disregarded. He "assured" me that none of this was true or feasible. As an ICU nurse I felt like I was constantly having to advocate for myself and quality care which really scared me for the patients receiving the same care with no medical back ground. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed by my treatment, customer service and overall care. Furthermore, I just received a $2200 bill from services provided in 2019. When I called the billing office, they said my insurance company denied the claims and I was responsible for the amount owed. After speaking with my insurance company, they explained to me that the claims were denied because conceptions didn't bill them in a timely manner (120 days). On top of that, my insurance company had documented that they spoke with conceptions billing department on 4/15/21 and explained this to them and provided all the necessary documentation. Instead of figuring out how to fix this, they lied to me and tried to get me to pay the money out of pocket, after I already spent $25k+ on IVF. Once my insurance company contacted conceptions, I magically got an email saying I didn't owe any money . With all that being said, I did have a good experience with the front office staff, the ultra sound techs and the labs techs. Although my experience was very very negative they did do their job and got me pregnant with my one and only embryo. I am due in June with hopefully a healthy baby. Even though I am pregnant I would absolutely not recommend conceptions to anyone. read more

Had it not been for Conceptions, we would not have our daughter and now expecting our son. Everyone at Conceptions has made us feel supported. They cheered for us in the victories, and wept with us in the losses. Infertility is a long road with many ups and downs. However, our journey has also taught me that there are angels on earth. We are so happy we found Conceptions after many years of trying to start our family. We have a 6 year old, a 4 year old and one more on the way thanks to the amazing team there. I had a great experience with every single member of their team- from the hematologists, the embryologists, the doctors, the detailed nurses, the front desk staff. They are all "on it" when it comes to helping guide you through the IVF process. I must have had over 100 appointments in my many years as a patient and I have nothing negative to say. I was referred to Conceptions after going through 2 miscarriages in 8 months. I reviewed the Conceptions online, called my insurance company to ensure that they were in-network since my insurance does cover IVF. I called Conceptions 2 weeks ago to schedule a consultation and still have yet to receive a call back. I have called numerous times during the 2 weeks I have been waiting for a call back and every time I get transfer to a voicemail. If I can't even get a consultation scheduled I would hate to see how it is getting test results or appointments scheduled. I am extremely disappointed that this clinic cannot return a phone call after 2 weeks. I will be going back to the drawing board and trying to find a different clinic to work with. read more

It was such a blow to find out that we had fertility problems. My husband and I are over 40 with no children, and we really, really were ready and wanted a family. We found our way to Dr. Bush and his team, and everyone was amazing. Dr. Bush is a fantastic doctor and while he is very specific, that specificity was necessary and so appreciated by us. Our nurses were Sarah E. and Veronica, and them and the entire nursing team responded to me promptly (even after hours and on weekends) and made the process as easy as it could be. Don't get me wrong - IVF is not an easy or cheap process. But everyone at Conceptions listened to us, worked with us, and helped us. And now we are pregnant with a baby boy. If you are reading this in hopes of finding guidance as to who you should see for fertility issues, you are already making a big step forward. This is the third review that has been taken down, because of complaints by Conceptions. I visited the Littelton clinic a few years ago for a procedure that was unsuccessful, and I had reason to request a refund. Only recently I was finally refunded my money, with thanks to the Better Business Bureau. I was very unhappy with my experience with this clinic, from the bad healthcare experience to their terrible customer service. Just read the many other one-star reviews here. Infertility is a stressful experience and, in my opinion, these people do not make it any easier. I do not recommend this clinic at all. There are many other great clinics in Colorado. read more

Disclaimer: We did not go through IVF so I'm sure your experience will be better since you're giving them thousands of dollars. My wife and I both work in the healthcare field and this was by far the worse experience we have ever had in any medical professional office. We were referred to this clinic by our OB because we had multiple miscarriages and were told there was a simple outpatient surgery that could help keep our pregnancies. From day 1 we felt like this clinic wanted us to do IVF rather than have this surgery and conceive naturally. We of course had to go through their ridiculous checklist even though we had no interest in IVF. My sperm was analyzed even though we already had three miscarriages, waste of money. With each step they constantly kept saying that our insurance wouldn't cover it and just needed to pay out of pocket. However, every time I called our insurance and the services were covered we just had to meet our deductible. Finally, we were told by the doctor that my wife's condition did not meet the criteria to warrant surgery and the only option was IVF. Of course we were told this with no sympathy or empathy and were just another number instead of a patient going through a difficult situation. We decided against IVF and got a second opinion from another fertility specialist. After the first ultrasound, our doctor confirmed the original suspected diagnosis from our OB and my wife is currently scheduled to have the outpatient surgery. We have had several meetings and appts with our doctor and IVF has not been mentioned once. This surgery may not be the answer but at least it's hope. I would say that if you are not going here for IVF then I would highly recommend going somewhere else because they are just going to push you for IVF one way or another and will end up wasting your time and money. But if you do end up using them for IVF, make sure to call your insurance about any procedure that they say is not covered because it most likely is. They are just too lazy to check and just want you to pay out of pocket. read more

TMI alert. This is a reco for an ob/gyn practice after all! I recently found out that I had 5 noncancerous fibroid tumors attached to my uterus. They were eff-ing giant. One the size of a softball, one baseball, one golf ball and 2 marbles. (Side note: When you go to a dude gyn, you get sports analogies. Female gyns say grapefruit, orange, etc...Just thought that was amusing.) Basically, I was full of fibroids and I needed to have surgery to remove them. Now I am 35 years old and I haven't quite...well...gotten around to any babymaking. But I'd like to keep my old as dirt options open. My primary ob/gyn doctor recommended Dr. Mark Bush for the surgery. He felt that he would do a great job on the surgery and be looking out for my uterus in the process. I'll cut to the chase. Surgery went great. Fibroids are gone. Uterus is fully intact. Dr. Bush did a great job. Point being....I would consider checking out this practice if you have problems with your ladyparts or babymaker. They might be able to help you out. They have offices in Lafayette and Littleton. read more

There are a lot of fertility clinics you could go to in the Denver-area, but Conceptions is the best of the best! There's a reason why people from all over the world go there for IVF treatment. Dr. Grindler is especially the best. She is thorough, knew every detail about our case, and truly cared. I was devastated to learn at 33-years-old, I had diminished ovarian reserve. When my husband and I didn't get any good embryos after our first round of IVF (due to my poor egg quality), Dr. Grindler didn't throw out the word "donor eggs", as most fertility doctors quickly would. She believed in my body, at a time when I wasn't sure I entirely did. She prescribed me a steroid and we ended up getting two perfect embryos :-) When it came time for transfer, Dr. Grindler knew how bumpy of a road it was to get our embryos and made sure the stars aligned perfectly, so I could be pregnant. I've heard at other fertility clinics, they just transfer all the embryos back in you and "hope for the best" - not at Conceptions. When polyps were found in my uterus, Dr. Grindler made sure they were removed, so the embryo wouldn't implant on one. When my thyroid level elevated, she pushed back my transfer to make sure our baby would have the perfect environment. We trusted Dr. Grindler every step of the way and so glad we did! It took a lot of patience, but then the big day for transfer finally came! Now, my husband and I are beyond ecstatic to welcome a baby girl later this summer! I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bush and his entire team at Conceptions. Because of him, I have my sweet baby girl that was born on 11/5/19! When we had our initial consult, I was extremely nervous. My FSH and AMH levels were extremely off and I was scared I would be turned away because their success rates were higher than other places. Why would they take a chance on someone that would ruin their scale? Dr. Bush took us on without hesitation. It made me so happy that he was so confident in his abilities and skill set to take on a patient that could potentially lower their success rates. His confidence put all of my confidence in him and his team and put me at ease. The nurses and staff at Conceptions are truly remarkable. They are all so knowledgeable, personable and helpful. You will for sure see them a lot and become friends!! Without my retrieval and transfer nurses, I would have been a total stress case. They calmed me down, talked me through each step (and I mean every single step down to the minute of the shots), went out of their way when I ran out of a medication after hours to get me what I needed! The nurses there are try incredible. The staff at Conceptions are honestly the most welcoming people I've ever encountered at any doctors office. If you're reading about Conceptions, you're probably not in a great space, mentally. It's rough, I know. I'm going to be honest: You don't WANT to go this clinic, because going to this clinic means you have problems and you're going to be spending lots and lots and lots of money. And lots more money. And lots and lots more money. And then you're probably going to have to go through a lot of uncomfortable and painful procedures and maybe cry a lot. And have your partner inject you with hormones every day for what feels like years. So, it's not like the whole process of infertility/IUI/IVF is fun or cheap or pleasant. It's stressful and miserable and emotional. However, I cannot possibly say enough about the people we worked with at Conceptions. I saw Dr. Riggs (who doesn't seem to be there anymore) a few times, but I communicated almost exclusively with the nurses. I was ok with that because I knew that they were in constant contact with Dr. Riggs. They were so receptive to any of my questions. I was emailing daily, and sometimes more than once daily, at some points, and the nurses were nothing but understanding, cheerful, and helpful. Phone calls were returned very quickly, from all staff, at all times. They were truly invested in my husband and me having a baby, and were genuinely happy when I got pregnant and had our son. I had a pretty straightforward experience with infertility, so I can't speak to super complicated issues. But I want to say that I never, ever felt pressured to do anything. We were offered lots of options and alternatives and given time to think about it. In the end, we've got the best little baby that ever existed, and I don't know if he would have been around without Conceptions. We spent a LOT of money on this process. A LOT. So, yeah, it's expensive. But as somebody else said, don't blame these guys for that. Blame the insurance companies that don't cover infertility treatments and the laws that don't force them to. (Although it did always sting when I saw the Porsche in the parking lot that my money had clearly contributed to...) read more

Conceptions got me pregnant after a very long road of difficulties and road blocks. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. He is one of the most compassionate and understanding people I have ever met in my life, let alone a doctor. He has held my hand during our meetings with him because I was so absolutely terrified and he always offers the most heartfelt advice. He truly cares about his patients and your results. The IVF process is never easy but we had open communication with Dr. Greene and the team about my anxieties and worries and that really helped. The only CON to this place is the communication. All of your communication is done through your nurse and it seems as though they have parameters for lab results and ultrasound results that they can make changes without having to contact the doctor and that I personally didn't like. I wanted Dr. Greene to handle all of my stuff and that isn't the way they do it. It ended up working out. I did have a bit of a rough time in my retrieval with the communication with my nurse but my transfer was amazing and my coordinator was the best. The moral of the story is that I am pregnant, having a baby girl and I will be back for transfers in the future. Thank you Dr. Greene, Veronica and Tanya for everything! read more

Aside from their staff not wearing masks as the travel through the waiting area with several patents waiting.... When making the life decision to start a family no matter what brought you to this stage in your life, you need a facility that can show compassion, understanding and guide you through the unknown of starting the journey. This is NOT the facility for you. Started my journey a few months ago, worked with Conceptions to find out after 2 failed IUI's I can't use them anymore. Complete kick in the stomach while you're already down. Speaking with Wendy the Office Manager there is no bed side manner, just more lip service. Then they say it's not a good fit because you have all these questions but get wrong answers so you keep asking...poor communication and knowledge sharing on their part now put my journey at a complete stop. Makes you wonder if the journey is worth it but I will say this place will see karma and I will continue my journey elsewhere and make sure I spread let as many people know how this place treats their patents. read more

WORST fertility clinic you can walk into and fall into their traps. At first everyone is pleasing but as soon as you get through testing; you can see the pitfalls, change in attitude towards you. Couple amateur nurses would be assigned to you. In my case they took me off Thyroid meds (which pushed my chances few more months behind because now I am struggling to bring my thyroid back to normal limits) because they were reluctant during my test and a supplement they prescribed me interfered in my test result. IF you are employed then there is no way you can successfully get to Primming, I have been trying since a year and yet not there. Reason - there are gaps in communication, they would call you randomly to schedule your appointment and if you miss their call, without your knowledge you are marked as no-show and here is your bill. Keep filling their black hole!! Well until now I had high regards for medical practitioners, doctors and nurses, thought this is a noble profession but my experience with Conceptions turned out to be a stigma on that image. No matter what; they INSIST on logging into their portal daily and keep checking if there is any communication done with you. I feel unless i leave my job I cannot successfully complete the IVF with this facility. No regards for patients whatsoever and even after changing doctors their attitude towards me as a patient never got cprrected. No follow up calls no appointment texts. My reports are uploaded after multiple reminders to an irate nurse. I am on the verge of giving up hope because Conception's fertility clinic had made it only more stressful for me to carry on with them. Absolutely money-making facility with no heart for struggling want-to-be-mothers. read more

I already had 2 failed IVF attempts at another institute when I contacted conceptions. I chose them because of the rating. Our consultation call with Dr. Bush was perfect. He had already reviewed my records and told us how he would go about it differently. We started the process and my first IVF attempt was successful and today I have a 3 month old. One thing to note is that Dr. Bush is very efficient and straight forward. He knows what he is doing. The nurses are great. They keep in touch and guide appropriately and answer all the questions even the midnight nervous emails. As a physician I understand the role of different healthcare providers in the system and had no problem with it. However, if someone wants a physician who sugar coat things and contact the patient a lot then Dr. Bush may not be for you. However, if you want to get results and want an honest and competent physician then go to conceptions. read more

We highly recommend Conceptions! We worked with them on both IUIs and IVF, and they were supportive, knowledgeable, and attentive from the beginning. You do interact primarily with nurses, techs, and support staff but they are all LOVELY. A few little hiccups from the pandemic, but that's to be expected. Fertility treatments + pandemic makes for a very, very stressful combo but the staff at Conceptions was always encouraging and responsive. We are so pleased to share that we are pregnant with our first child from IVF/FET, and we plan to return when we're ready for #2! read more

We had such a great experience at Conceptions from day 1. This was the second fertility clinic we visited after trying unsuccessfully for 3 years to fall pregnant. Our first appointment with Dr. Bush was both informative and direct. I appreciated that he gave us the facts surrounding our specific situation and didn't sugar coat things. Some might not like that, but it was exactly what I needed from him. He told us all of our options along with his recommendations of where we should start. After a few unsuccessful IUI procedures we made the decision to move forward with IVF. We are now expecting our first baby in the next few months and could not be happier with the care and support we received from Dr. Bush, our nurses Veronica and Jessica, and the rest of the team we worked with, even through the craziness that was the first COVID lockdown. They stuck with us every step of the way and we are, of course, so happy with our outcome. read more

I can only give two stars because I did eventually get pregnant. I never felt like I really got answers as to why i couldn't get pregnant naturally and why our first embryo transfer "failed"/died. The nurse almost screwed up my med cycle and I often felt like I was being "sold" to. The worst part is billing - they provide you what you think is a detailed plan so you know what you're paying up front, but you don't. They just keep sending you bills and later telling you that it's because that service was excluded from the package or your insurance. I ended up paying $35,000.00 out of pocket, in cash with multiple threats to go to collections because they wouldn't work out a payment plan. Luckily, I'm pregnant with our little frosty and that was the end goal - but I have no idea how we will ever make up the $35k in cash that we didn't know we were going to have to pay. read more
