I have had my appointment booked for several months, waiting to get in. I was told my appt was at 1:15pm. Five minutes before my appointment, while I'm parking and after driving over 20 mins to get to the office, they inform me that they need to reschedule. No apologies or even understanding of the major inconvenience it took to get to my appointment. I noted that I didn't appreciate the 5mins heads up in which the person responded your appointment is at 1:45. So they misguided me on my appointment time to have me sitting in their lobby 30 mins early, they then cancel on me right before. The next available wasn't until next year or I could see the NP in a month. Absolutely insane. Looks like I'm not the only one with similar issues. read more

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND PREMIER INTEGRATED OBGYN because in my experience the office is DECEPTIVE and DISHONEST. When I arrived for my women's wellness visit, I paid for my visit. I believed I was paying in full because I told the woman at the desk that I was "self-pay"/ without insurance. During my visit, Dr Carewe told me that it had been three years since my previous appointment; therefore, I was required to fill out all the new patient paperwork (a ridiculous 20 pages or more). But, I wasn't due for a pap smear because I'd had one at my previous visit. After my visit, in the mail, I received a bill for additional charges. When I called the office, I was told that I had asked questions above and beyond what was covered in a typical wellness visit. I had not been told that during the visit; therefore, I disputed the charges. I was told by Kimberly, a "billing specialist", that the office would "write it off". The following month I received another bill; therefore, I called. I spoke with Kimberly, who said that per her manager, they would "straighten it out right away". Instead of "straightening it out", they sent my account to the debt collection agency, Medicredit. Medicredit conducted an "investigation", which resulted in a Description of Services stating that I was charged $352.00 for "Preventive Care New Pt. Age 40-64"; AND, $262.00 for "OFFICE/OUTPATIENT VISIT NEW". A total of $614 for a women's wellness visit, in which I didn't even receive a pap smear. I was not told when I made the appointment that I would be charged as a new patient, nor was I told when I arrived for my appointment and paid for my visit. I WILL NEVER RETURN to HCA HEALTHONE PREMIER OB/GYN. Beware!!! read more

I had a horrible experience working with Premier Integrated OBGYN. Mostly because of the lack of transparency, lack of honesty, misinformation and lack of care around billing. Their website states "price transparency" and they highlight information on "surprising bill protection", but PLEASE PLEASE don't believe that. I was told one amount prior to my appointment and then got a bill for a completely different amount......hundreds of dollars over what I was told. When I called to explain what had happened, one of the bills was slightly corrected, but then that person from the billing department left. So when I got a second bill for the same ridiculous amount and called again, they refused to correct the bill or run it through insurance again. My experience in speaking with both Kim from billing and Chris, the office manager, were horrible. They did not listen, had little care for the situation and the mistake that their office made. I had to pay the bill in the end, because carelessness around information that I was told in the first place. Additionally, I would definitely not go back and see Dr. Payne again. She did a terrible job listening to me, made so many assumptions about my pregnancy and didn't seem to care. She spent little time actually listening. They are everything you'd want in an OBGYN - I've recommended them to two friends so far and I have never recommended an OB before! Clean open office following Covid 19 precautions and has been since I started coming. I have seen Dr. Elizabeth Carewe for 3 pregnancies now who is AWESOME!!!!! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and takes time with me even when I know she hi busy! The front office staff is great as well as the phlebotomist? ( the one who does bloodwork), and also the ultrasound specialist. I have had nothing but good experiences here with everyone. read more

I have never felt compelled to write a public review about anything or anyone, but I am just so thankful for Dr. Boyer at Premier Integrated OBGYN. (Plus, in recovering from a recent procedure for which she was my surgeon, I have completely exhausted all other methods of entertainment.) It is difficult to find a doctor who is skilled but not intimidating, efficient but never curt, and honestly just very kind. Dr. Boyer provides prompt, comprehensive, and compassionate care; she listens and addresses all questions without minimizing or rushing. She is, hands down, the best doctor I've ever had. If you are looking for a new OBGYN, stop your search and make an appointment. Based on my experience here, I think you'd probably be in great hands with any doc in the practice. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I am completely beside myself at how female practitioners can be so rude and out of touch with their patients. I've visited this clinic twice-the first time was a decent visit but the second time I made an appointment with Nurse Paige and let me say-I will never come back to this office. The appointment was for an IUD placement. I was very clear with the front desk that I wanted to DISCUSS my options and concerns prior to placement of the the IUD. The IUD has significant pros and cons and I wanted to be clear before moving forward. I arrived to my appointment 7 minutes late due to poor weather/driving conditions and I had to wait at the desk to check in because no one was there to greet me. (This detail is important). I get checked in, and I wait for the nurse for almost 15 minutes before I see the nurse. She comes in and begins to tell me that I should have scheduled a "discussion" appointment because that would take time and since I was late she would have to rush. She seemed very concerned about my now "9 minutes late" but failed to acknowledge that I had already made it clear to the person at the front desk what I wanted to do and I had to wait much longer than "9 min" for her. She proceeded to harp on this perceived delay, completely disregarding that I had to wait for her as well. She then went on to tell me all the reasons why she shouldn't insert the IUD, although these reasons were NEVER disclosed to me. It was a complete waste of time and very poor bedside manner. I walked out of the appointment and will not be returning. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

I wanted to love this doctors office but when every single appointment I've made since my initial new patient visit has been cancelled or rescheduled due to "emergencies", it makes it really hard to do. The first time they said if I couldn't come in at 9:30 am then they would not be able to see me for at least a month. This was them changing my new patient appointment from 3pm after having it scheduled for a month at that time and rearranging my entire schedule for that appointment, they also called me the day before for that cancellation too. So For a second time, I moved around my and my 3 yr olds visitation schedule so I could make the early appointment, it seemed important to me that the lump in my left breast was checked out with my family history of terminal cancer. On that day they made me 3 more appointments that were to take place over the next 2 months. Today was 2 of those appointments, I again did them a favor and was willing to take a double appointment before and after their lunch time so I could be seen. Again not the most ideal situation but I could knock both out and only miss one day of work. However when I showed up today they pull the "someone called you yesterday" to cancel excuse. Apparently they called from an unknown number at 10am on a Sunday morning while I was sleeping after working till 4am and my iPhone doesn't notify me of unknown callers or their voicemails. So instead of possibly call from their office this morning, I get to find out my appointment I've had scheduled for 4 weeks and took time from work off to do, has been cancelled, and they don't even know when their tech is going to be back. This is my health, this is my life and if you can't even keep your office and scheduling straight, or keep regular reliable staff, I sure as hell can't trust you to handle the scary stuff with my health. There's a reason their office is empty. Dr Carewe is the only saving grace to not get a 1 star review. She was cool the one time I met her, so was her nurse but the office staff is uncaring, incompetent and unprofessional, and whoever is scheduling for them needs to be fired instead of sitting at the front desk on their cell phone acting like you bothered them cause you showed up. read more

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I read so many reviews and yet decided to make an appointment with the obgyn there. I called and specifically asked if my appointment will be rescheduled, they assured me that this will never happened. Guess what? They called me a day prior to my appt saying that they need to see more urgent patients that's why the red scheduling me for Thursday (I have a VM saved) I called the next day saying that I can't come in Thursday, I have work and things to do too, and they told me that I never had an appointment on Wednesday. I told the front desk that I have a voice mail from them where they clearly state days and times of BOTH appointments and she still kept telling me that they don't have slot for me for Wednesday, I was never scheduled, she doesn't see any notes and blah blah blah Interesting, right? I work at the medical office and I know that urgent patients go to urgent care, but you don't move anyone just to see another person. I was sooo disappointed that's why I'm going to report this facility to Colorado state department of health, and if you faced similar situation with your doctor being unprofessional or lying to you when you have a proof - you should do the same. She was clearly lying saying that I never had an appointment, so she was trying to make me a liar. This is so unprofessional. read more

I won't return here. I was a new patient and went in for a wellness exam and concern that a lump in my breast was growing. The pap with Dr. Boyer was very painful but I was understanding as I knew she was a younger doctor and likely still needed some experience. What has upset me the most is the patient care regarding the lump. It's now been over a month and there has been no plan formed about what to do with this lump. I'm obviously scared and concerned and yet I haven't spoken to Dr. Boyer since the first appointment where she wanted to consult with a surgeon (???) and retrieve my medical records from my past imaging and biopsy (understandable). She has instilled zero confidence in me that she is capable of properly diagnosing and seemed to have no idea what to do next (despite a recommendation from the previous radiology center for a follow-up ultrasound). I have called multiple times to ask for an update on the game plan for further imaging and they keep telling me they have not received my medical records. I can't believe the doctor cannot advocate for her patient in this situation. It seems to me that when a lump is growing we shouldn't be waiting over a month to do something about it. I called the radiology center myself today and it was easy enough to get them to mail the records directly to me. Now that I will have the records myself, I will seek treatment elsewhere. The icing on the cake was a voicemail I received today from Dr. Boyer's assistant (...the doctor should absolutely be reaching out after so long, with no resolution) saying a plan is "in the works". Thanks but never again. The moral of story, you are your best and sometimes only advocate. read more

Warning as this contains information about miscarrige, but goes into detail about how it was handled at this practice. This was my very first pregnancy. Premier Integrated OBGYN (Stapleton) found the heartbeat of our baby on my first visit in November which was so exciting. Later in December I went in for my second appointment and there was no heartbeat. I was obviously in shock at the time, and the doctor thankfully left my husband and I to grieve for about 45 minutes or so. My baby was almost 9 weeks. I asked the doctor what would happen and what to expect; she responded "You should expect some bleeding, cramping and you may see some tissue. If you experience excessive bleeding you should call the hospital." My husband and I took this advice as our sole expectation, as we have never experienced anything like this before and placed our full confidence in our doctor. Later that night the physical passing of our child happened. To refer to this experience as "some bleeding, cramping" and that we "may see some tissue" is an understatement so severe that it can hardly be considered true. That night, I had intense bleeding with contractions, and when our baby came he/she was much more than "some tissue". Our baby had tiny little arms, little legs, and the sweetest eyes. You could see the very beginning of facial features being formed (again, at almost 9 weeks). He/she was delivered in the amniotic sac, along with many other bodily tissues. Going into this with the expectation of some bleeding, cramping and maybe some tissue, to then only experience the most intense emotional and physical pain of my entire life was an added element of trauma to the already terrible death of my first child. We felt blindsided and had to resort to google in figuring out what we should do next. The information they gave us was useless and incomplete. The FAQ sheet they gave us also included no information on what would happen. The FAQ sheet even goes as far as to say "the early pregnancy tissue resembles a blood clot. It does not look like a baby". How then can I look my child in the eyes and see a human being, my child, with real arms and legs and the cutest little eyes rather than this "blood clot"?... Later after finding a cemetery to bury our baby, the cemetery needed a letter from the practice to confirm when and what "age" the miscarrige took place. The medical assistant called me in writing the letter and asked "when the tissue passed?" This really was it for me, they are an OBGYN practice. At 6 weeks when the heart beat was found all of the doctors were so excited for us, and very respectful to our little life. Now that a miscarrige has taken place he or she seemed disposable, nothing more than "tissue". It's silly in hindsight, I should have known we were going to meet the baby, it's not like he/she was just going to disappear. Sadly though, there was no respect at this practice for the tiny little life after he/she passed. This is something I think all new moms should know going to this practice. It is my hope that maybe this can change the way this practice handles miscarriages at this stage of pregnancy. I don't wish a miscarriage upon any mother but I unfortunately I became familiar and I hope that when it happens, grieving mothers can receive better support and guidance than I. read more

I had my first appointment with Dr. Sarah Payne earlier this week, and I have to say I had a great experience. The medical facility that the practice was located in was very nice, new, and easy to find. The office itself was also nice and new. The receptionist at the front desk (I believe her name is Dawn, but I'm not positive) is so kind and caring. I think having a kind and welcoming personality at the front desk of an OBGYN is particularly important because you never know what the patient might be going through. The waiting area is a little small, but there's plenty of seating. They also have a Keurig for patients to use while they're waiting, and I was happy to see they also had hot chocolate and tea (because not everyone drinks coffee.) The nurse that I saw was very kind, and she was also very attentive. She asked me plenty of questions and referenced my patient forms/family history several times. I was happy to see she'd familiarized herself with my paperwork-- I think that shows forethought and care. She was willing to put in the work up front, rather than just asking me everything I'd already written down. Dr. Payne was wonderful! Again, it was clear she'd familiarized herself with my paperwork and medical history before even coming into the room. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Payne because of how much face-to-face time she gave me for conversation. We probably spent almost 25-30 minutes together throughout the whole appointment, which is way more time than any other doctor typically gives me. She very clearly knew her stuff, and she was very smart while still being down to earth. She was even able to help me with some minor issues that another doctor might not even have caught because they didn't spend any real time talking with me. Dr. Payne's bed-side manner is also very calming and caring. If you're nervous about your OBGYN appointment, or if it's even your first appointment ever, she's a great doctor to see. Dr. Payne also called in my birth control and other medication prescriptions quickly to my preferred pharmacy, and she even made sure to get my insurance provider's weird quirks about how birth control pill prescriptions must be written correct. Overall, I was highly impressed with my experience here. Dr. Payne is a wonderful OBGYN, and if you're looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend this practice based on my experience. read more

Premier Integrated and their staff are a top notch medical office. Dr. Boyer is wonderful, personable and professional. She truly cares about her patients and it's evident in her care of them. This was my second pregnancy that I have been a patient of Dr. Boyer and it's no coincidence that I have two happy and healthy boys. I never write reviews but I feel strongly enough to do so now. The only reason there is 1 star is for Kay, the after hours nurse. This place is slick and has good marketing and clearly they have a lot of money. But I should have trusted my gut that the more time they spend on that, the less quality care there seems to be for patients. I'm particularly saddened and alarmed about how poor the bedside manner was with Dr. Payne. It's especially humiliating given she's a woman. She is clearly too busy to enjoy this or focus on patient care. Even a new patient. She was tired and on call in scrubs. Perhaps don't schedule a new patient appointment when you're tired and on call? It feels greedy. Her phone kept going off naturally because she's on call. She was 30 minutes late. No one told me. I sat in the cold room with all their screens and no one told me anything. I have a bladder infection. So keep getting up to go to the bathroom. When I asked about the status everyone seemed annoyed. She was annoyed by my being there. The medical assistant was sweet but she was new to the job. 3 days new. She knew nothing about why I was there even though I filled in numerous forms. There were no pee cups in the bathroom and no pen. I used my own. How else would they have known whose urine was in the holder? That is not good right? The nurses were kind enough but not organized. They seemed fine with mediocre care. No one communicated with me with any real kindness or care. The receptionist had 30 minutes of paperwork for me. This office spent more time getting my money and insurance info then anyone did talking with me. The medical assistant told me they were all talking and wondering if I was here for a Leep procedure. Apparently the receptionist wrote down Leep for my appointment reason? Don't you want to cal and ask me? That's a hospital surgery. Not a new patient reason for a visit. If you're wondering. Just ask me! I'm new to Denver and have a bladder infection and really bad pms. I also am due for a pap smear because I had a Leep in October in LA. I so miss my ob gyn. Ugh. So I tried this place out. I think all ob gyns should have a quick new patient visit to see if it's a match. Free of charge. It could have saved so much time and my $60 co pay. I feel so sad for women who think this is the best they can get. I'm surprised by the coldness and looseness of the doctor. I'm frustrated they couldn't figure out how to get my files faxed over from my last doctor. Can't you just call the office like I did? I did everything to help them out and be my own advocate. They lost my forms in the 30 mins I was with Dr Payne so I filled out another. The incompetence is sad and it seems like women are used to mediocre care. This is the most important and sensitive doctor situation for women. And for me. I'm admittedly sensitive and looking for a match. This is not it. I liked their free merchandise they gave out at the Stapleton Xmas tree lighting. They were nice there. They got me. And now I'm left feeling cold and left in the lurch. The worst part is. I saw Dr. Payne on July 3. They are closed on July 4. She knew I was uncomfortable and had a URI. She prescribed me the medication for this and my first ever Zoloft. Given my whole pms situation. I'm nervous to try it and probably won't. But it was very easy to get this drug. I went to the pharmacy. No record of my prescriptions. I called after hours. The nurse Kay was sweet but couldn't help me. So I have a UTI for a week and now this morning I call to ask them to please fill the prescription 3 days later. Still not filled. Sitting here for the 3rd time at the pharmacy. This is bad care. A waste of time. Disrespectful. This is infuriating. This is not good enough for me or for any woman. The list of incompetencies goes on and on. But in short. If you care about bedside manner. If you want to be listened to and seen and not interrupted. If you want to feel comfortable and safe and not part of a big cold sterile system. This is absolutely not the place for you. read more

From my first phone call booking my appointment to my upcoming surgery I couldn't reccomend a better Doctor and Staff. Everyone here genuinely cares about you as a patient and your well being. I've been going here for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. I was previously being seen at MCPN and they were terrible, constatly cancelling on me with no notcice, my provider was never in and at a different location. I want over a couple months without a pre-natal appt and felt so lost. I hated the idea of changing providers during my pregnancy but really needed to. I AM SO HAPPY I decided to change and found Premier, their whole staff is incredile. I always bring my other kids in to appts with me becasue they love checking in on their babt brother on the way and Robyn at the front desk is always making them feel so comfortable and she is always cheerful even when she looks completely swamped. I love the MA Crystal but any MA there is very helpful and always friendly. Dr.Payne is my absolute favorite!! She has listened to all my concerns without making me feel crazy, she is so compassionate and attentive. I know she has a ton of patients but when you are with her she always makes you feel like you are the only person she is working with. She is so caring, my boyfriend was unable to make it to my anatomy scan appt and our next ultrasound wasn't supposed to be for another couple months at my 35 wk appt but she squeezed in a quick ultrasound at 28 wks just so my little ones and boyfriend could see their little baby brother. She goes out of her way to do things that she does not have to do at all. I honestly can go on and on about how wonderful she is but honestly I wish I had found her and her team sooner.
