They caused so much stress and upset to us and so far no kind of professionalism or owning up or meeting their contractual delivery agreement Still waiting for my windows certificate Ken! I think we got caught in the sales pitch into trusting, the installation was quite smooth, but days…read moreafter the door stopped working and I have been chasing for about 2 weeks to get them to sort it out, the latest one (to which I am on the phone with them now) was that they would be with us between 08:30 and 13:00, so the family got up and was ready from 08:30 and guess who hasn't shown up again! In short, the door lock stopped working properly after a few days, a vent wasn't installed that should have been and the door numbers never arrived. They seems nice enough people and maybe I've been a difficult case but it a case made difficult by them. It is me chasing and it is my family that has had to stay in for two days so far. In short I would say don't let them into your house, its not worth the risk and there are other window fitters out there.
