They had an excellent range of products and fitted windows, alu bifold doors, stunning powder coated glass roof and sarnafil finish to a new flat roof extension. We found Concept to be competitve on price especially given that we wanted non standard colours on the doors and roof. From start to finish we found Concept to be professional and extremely knowledgeable before during and after installation. A couple of very minor niggles (to be expected on a job this large) were sorted very quickly with a follow up visit when reported back to the office. The price quote was competitive, however the sales consultant was absolutely lovely and professional from start to finish, not pushy, provided required information to aid our decision making. On day of install, installers arrived on time, were professional, and did a stunning job. My partner and I, are very satisfied. I think we got caught in the sales pitch into trusting, the installation was quite smooth, but days…read moreafter the door stopped working and I have been chasing for about 2 weeks to get them to sort it out, the latest one (to which I am on the phone with them now) was that they would be with us between 08:30 and 13:00, so the family got up and was ready from 08:30 and guess who hasn't shown up again! In short, the door lock stopped working properly after a few days, a vent wasn't installed that should have been and the door numbers never arrived. They seems nice enough people and maybe I've been a difficult case but it a case made difficult by them. It is me chasing and it is my family that has had to stay in for two days so far. In short I would say don't let them into your house, its not worth the risk and there are other window fitters out there.
