He explained everything in easy to understand terminology, without being condescending. He told us "best case scenarios", but prepared us and our case for "worst case scenarios". I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, it will be Mike.

I first came in 10 years ago, where I was introduced to Kyle, the master engineer, and Kym, the master office manager. Kyle has provided top of the line service from our first encounter, and every time I have come in with an issue, whether it was a hardware or software issue, or I needed some accessories. Their service fees are extremely reasonable (less than anywhere else for better service, and less than they should be quite frankly), and you always know exactly what you're getting. Kyle has been an engineer for over 40 years, and he can give you the answer or solution to any problem you have with any electronics, and can fix practically anything. I've returned here dozens of times, for different issues with laptops, computers, external hard drives, videos, internet connection, phones, screens, passwords, and the list goes on. So I'm extremely confident in their ability to help you with absolutely any technological issue, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Their motto is "Technological Superiority," which can be proven easily. Their office is very clean and orderly, there are no wires out of place, and they provide commercial printing services as well as selling laptops and many accessories. I'm grateful that they have been in Beverly, very convenient location, and I recommend them to anyone in New England. They do provide mobile services and will come to your home or business if the job requires. They are located downstairs now in the old RMV building, so although there is no store front, give them a call or stop by any time you have any questions or concerns. As I said in my first review, it still stands: "High-end customer service and very reasonable pricing. Business done right: with integrity, honesty, and easy-going help."

As a graphic designer I'd already gotten everything laid out for them on a USB drive (and called in advance) but they basically dropped whatever else was going on in order to get it done within the hour. Everyone there was both friendly and polite for every step of the way. While I was there they even offered some of their own seating*, which I declined, but was a friendly gesture. The print quality of the poster was excellent, with near perfect color accuracy, and lastly they didn't charge a rush fee (which I was fully prepared to accept). *The aspect would be one area for obvious improvement at this location was the interior space: It feels pretty barebones in terms of comfort and presentation, and I was surprised that they haven't leveraged their printing capabilities to bring in a little color into the space. A few poster examples framed on the walls, an interesting banner perhaps, along with a simple but comfortable bench in the front would give a more "established" first impression. That said, it's the quality and service that counts most, and on those counts they are solid.

We have nothing but high praises to describe Chris. Chris is a knowledgeable attorney with integrity, honesty, and patience. My wife and I were neophytes to the home buying process. He was able to explain in layman's terms each step of the buying procedure, what to do to protect our interests, and what each piece of paperwork was for and why it was necessary. In the pre and post home buying process, my wife and I have dealt with numerous companies, both big and small, from owner to staff level. We have noticed too many of these individuals are late/no-shows for appointments, don't return calls on time, write sloppy emails (many don't know how to "reply all" when clearly called for), and generally have poor business practices. Chris was breath of fresh air in this regard, as he was always available, prompt, and professional. The seller's attorney was the opposite of Chris, aloof and not very reliable, yet Chris was still able to work beyond this and get the job done for us in a skilled manner. I highly recommend using Cornetta Babine LLC for your legal needs.
