My nails turned out great, no complaints at all. Very good work. When the nails were done, I went to the front desk to enquire about where to go for my hair, and they informed me that my hair appointment wasn't for another hour and a half. I have no idea why they booked it that way, and didn't inform me, but I had anticipated getting one done after the other. They were able to find an available stylist, so I was happy with that, having never been and not having a preference of stylist. My hair turned out beautiful, seemingly. I left the salon feeling very good. But after washing my hair the first time and styling it myself, I noticed that it had barely even been trimmed. I still had split ends. This was right before vacation, so I had no time to go back. Needless to say, I won't be back here for my hair.
