To my surprise, the rest of the staff was super friendly and made an effort to speak to me and ask me questions even though I didn't have any appointments with them. This is rare! I loved it and would definitely go back - especially to try some of their package deals. The atmosphere of the place is also really relaxing. My only complaint is that my shellac manicure has already chipped in 3 places and I've only had it for a few days :( The chips aren't bad; the manicure definitely isn't ruined.. but I wish it would have stayed perfect longer.

I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. he was just terrible... he had no skills and was going into places he shouldn't have gone to like way too close to my private areas I kindove felt violated and just wanted to leave and not cause a scene.. it was NOT a deep tissue massage whatsoever and paying for one was a total ripoff... I explained my frustration at the front desk and mentioned how unsatisfied I was and how it was one of the most embarrassing experience I had.. they didn't care and just wanted me to pay and get out.. it was so embarrassing and will never ever step my foot back here again... not even an explanation at the front desk.. they said someone in the higher ups would be contacting me to discuss but still nothing yet.. I got the most amazing massage ever in Montreal by Carmen and then Sylvia gave me a facial that I'm actually glowing from. Staff was friendly, however the receptionist was a bit cold and could learn to smile more. The young woman who cut my hair was very friendly, did a good trim, didn't take off more than I asked. Only irk was that she used those thinning shears to thin out the bottom of my hair instead of fanning out the bottom and doing it with scissors like more experienced hairstylists would. The other customers there all seemed like regulars and had good relationship with their stylists. Their coffee is also really good. A great West-Island salon!
