My sister had the misfortune of working as a receptionist for a few weeks and there were red flags upon hiring. The training process is focused on major upselling to the point of scamming clients into paying more for services they don't need or want. There are no fixed prices and everything fluctuates based on how much they think you can afford, downright discriminating. My sister was also taught how to erase transactions from the computer system when clients pay in cash so the money goes straight in the owner's pockets. Worse of all, the starting salary that was agreed upon hiring was never respected, my sister was paid LESS than minimum wage!! Furthermore, Sylvie is abusive towards staff. My sister was basically called stupid in front of clients by being referred to as "blonde" when confronted with anything the owner doesn't approve of. Disgusted with how this business is run, there is a total lack of ethics and professionalism. So if you're looking for a hair cut, there are a million more suitable options. I'm sure the hairstylists and rest of the staff are fabulous, unfortunately I feel compelled to strongly discourage this place to everyone because of how mismanaged it is.

I had only one negative experience there which was when someone who I'd never had do my threading did it and made my brows too then. When I came back, I asked my regular aesthetician about it and she fixed it up. For $9.50 for brow and upper lip, you really can't complain. They also do other waxing and manicure/pedicure. For simple things that don't take long, they accept walk-ins. However, for a leg wax, for ex, you should probably make an appointment. I think they offer discounts on waxing on certain days of the week so check it out!
