All 3 contractors understood our goals, but Peter's experience working on similar jobs was the most helpful in refining our plans to minimize costs and maximize functionality / ease of maintenance. During the work, his crew was always professional/polite and took great care to limit the impact of demo/construction to the area they were working in. Renovations are expensive and disruptive so selecting a contractor that can efficiently deliver expert craftmanship at a reasonable price is the key to success.
