Professional installers would be a plus for this company. When they came to our home 3 hours late to install, they knocked over our mailbox and almost backed into our stone wall. My husband and I were very anxious, especially after that fiasco, that the job would end up a mess. My husband did supervise and assist in an effort to ensure nothing was damaged in the process. The granite turned out nice, but the frustration we experienced during the process should have been avoided. Severino accompanied the installers to keep an eye on them. He had to tell them several times to do this and do that so I'm glad he was there. While I enjoyed working with Severino, I would not hire these people again.

They buy the doors and the drawers and the inserts. A few of my neighbors had their kitchens from years ago, but they are not the same now. The cornice doesn't match the cabinets, the light rail was sent twice incorrectly and in the wrong color. Simple inserts for cabinets they purchase and are not customized and some they bought from Rev-A-Shelf, diy products you can buy at Home Depot. I spent a fortune on the appliance garage with pocket doors that never worked properly, was not deep enough and are all scraped to pieces. Their Customer Service manager came so many times and did nothing. And DO NOT EXPECT REAL CUSTOM pieces. I waited for years to get this kitchen and I have been so disappointed. It is a year ago and I am still upset. A simple example: I asked for custom baskets on the sink doors and they sent 2 cheap wire baskets not attached to anything.
