He was able to identify a pinhole leak in my ceiling, repair that, and then move on to patch the drywall. The end result was a seamless repair job and I couldn't be happier. When he first came to my house it was clear he was polite and held himself to a high standard. He wanted to make sure the problems were fixed and he did. Throughout the project Rod was easy to work with and a clear communicator. He gave me a very reasonable estimate that ended up being very accurate. Great value for the high quality work. I will definitely work with Rod again in the future and would trust him with any project.

Everything from…read morepainting, wallpapering, installing chandeliers, remodeling our master bathroom, installing hardwood floors, installing shadow box molding in our foyer and stairway and much more. He is one of the friendliest people you will meet and extremely hard working and honest. A few years ago I had water leaking into my dining room which was coming from a second floor bathroom shower. Although I pay hundreds of dollars a year for an additional home warranty plan, they would not cover my leak. In a very frustrating time for me, Roderick came over in the evening after working on another job to look at the situation. I felt much better after his visit knowing that it was all going to be fixed. He is the first person I call when I have an issue with my home or am ready for another fun project in the house.

Our first job with Bob DuBree and his crew was in 1996 when he finished our basement in our…read moretownhome. The job was done in time and within budget. Bob worked with us to provide solutions to some interesting requests that we had made. We agreed that any future projects would include a quote from Creative Contracting. We have done some smaller projects since that time, and most recently we replaced a very large leaking skylight in the kitchen area. Bob provided a quote and we agreed to move forward with the project. Bob introduced us to his foreman Andrew and we discussed the proposed timeline. As with any project there were some minor issues, but we were really impressed with how these issues were addressed. We were very impressed with the crew, especially the communication that was provided during the process. Andrew is top notch. Even though we know he had other jobs that were way more involved than our skylight, he made us feel as if this was his top priority. He communicated with us daily, either by text or phone call and if we had a question or concern, he was quick to respond. When we had a leak the following day, he was honest in explaining what had happened and we appreciated understanding the process. Communication goes a long way in satisfying your customers! DJ was a pleasure to meet. He was hard working and willing to do anything necessary to assist in getting the job done. Adam is a very kind and very caring individual. On the day the job started, I stayed home for 1/2 a day and was in the other room. I could hear Adam explaining to DJ what they were doing, why they were doing it and how they would do it. It was the best example of someone teaching his craft to an apprentice with such patience. I made sure to compliment them both, but especially Adam, he really worked hard at teaching DJ while getting the job done right. I was very impressed. The crew went out of their way to make sure the job was done right and worked with our schedule to make it happen. We will continue to recommend Creative Contracting to everyone we meet. Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David from Max Pro Roofing on a full-house vinyl siding…read morereplacement, and I can say without hesitation that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. David was outstanding in every aspect of the job -- from the initial consultation to the final cleanup. The quality of the installation speaks for itself: clean lines, precise finishes, and a clear attention to detail that reflects true craftsmanship. But what stood out even more was the professionalism of David and his crew. They approached the work with care, integrity, and a clear commitment to getting things done right. There were a few unexpected hurdles along the way -- as is common with older homes -- and David handled each one with the kind of initiative and accountability that's rare these days. For example, when we uncovered complications during the removal of an old kitchen fan that required electrical work, David didn't pass the burden onto me. He coordinated directly with an electrician to ensure the issue was addressed properly and safely. Another example: when removing the power meter, we found it had been mounted poorly by a prior contractor. Rather than cutting corners, David again brought in an electrician -- driving an hour each way to make sure it was fully corrected before reinstalling. His communication throughout the project was excellent. I always knew where things stood, what was coming next, and where he or his team were working. He consistently explained any challenges we ran into with clarity, laid out my options, and offered well-considered recommendations without pressure. David was realistic, transparent, and respectful of both my time and my home. If you're looking for a team that will treat your project with the level of care and attention you'd expect for their own home -- Max Pro Roofing is it. In short: If you want your siding done right, want to be treated like a true partner in the process, and want to feel confident in the results, don't think twice about hiring Max Pro.
