Her communication skills are lacking, and her overall attitude is unpleasant. I have never been treated this way before. She's also noticeably rude to her coworkers, even ignoring them at times. I would hate to work with someone who behaves like that. I've been here before, and all of the other young ladies have always been wonderful and very professional. It took no time until I was called in. With the pharmacy closing in 30 minutes and 18 minutes frrom this location, I was seen, tested for the flu and covid, given a prescription which was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. The receptionist refused, saying he was only eligible for one day. When I asked to speak with Dr. Ruby, I was told she wasn't there and they "couldn't tell me" when she would be available. I was placed on hold and had to repeat the entire story to another staff member, only to feel questioned over a simple school note request. It took 15 minutes for something that should have been a quick phone call. As someone who works in a medical office, I cannot imagine treating patients this way. If you want to avoid unnecessary aggravation, I would reconsider going here.

I've been receiving an email / mail last few weeks of a bill that I owe from my last four visits funny thing is they say they will bill you before you leave which I have been billed every time I visit. I go in and review my billing with them and find out they DOUBLE charged me and another visit was $200 and they said they have to resubmit it to my insurance company again???? So my question is they are not reviewing their billing with any insurance company I would rather charge you!!! Be careful when you receive a bill from these folks They will bill you and hope you just pay without verifying with your insurance!!! 4 visits in a month and a half and they tried to charge me four times my bill because they didn't clear it with my insurance company!!!

There are no good urgent cares in the area, but this one is particularly bad. The office staff are ok and were more personable than the doctor, but ultimately I wasn't able to get my issue addressed effectively so the $150 I paid was a complete and utter waste. Within minutes of me being there they called the police on another patient who was reasonably frustrated with the service he was provided. The state of healthcare in the US is sorry in general and this place is perfectly emblematic of why. If nothing else, it was an interesting microcosm of America's dysfunctional healthcare system.
