Terrible experience. Walked in and waiting over 90 minutes for a simple urine sample for a kidney infection. I gave my sample Monday and results should have been ready Wednesday, as advised. I called every day to be told it wasn't ready or hung up on when they put me on hold. Finally the following Monday, a week after my visit I was told my sample was lost and never sent out. I returned the next day to give another sample but it was only sent for a 24 hour culture instead of 72 hour. Finally I went to another urgent care to get actual results. I contacted Concentra Urgent Care Northgate to obtain my DOT medical certificate. I had previously been told that I could call or email the clinic to receive my results by email. When I called to request the certificate, I was told they could not provide it and I was not given much assistance. This was confusing because I had already been informed that phone or email requests would be acceptable. One of the nurses I spoke with, who had a beard, was particularly dismissive and did not try to offer any alternative way for me to obtain the document. The interaction felt unhelpful and unprofessional. For drivers who rely on DOT documentation for work, timely access to these records is very important. I hope the clinic improves its communication and provides clearer guidance on how patients can access their medical records in the future. read more

I went in on a Tuesday morning for a pre-employment physical. 35 minutes after checking in, I was called to the front desk to be informed that there was no provider there who could get it done, but I was free to wait 2 hours for her to arrive. I declined and I asked the front desk worker to verify no less than 3 times that there would be a provider available to provide this exam the next day. She assured me that Wednesday it would be no problem. To my great surprise, when I showed up first thing Wednesday morning I was informed that there were NO providers on site and they had no idea when one would arrive. Obviously I left and went to Lynnwood where I am now waiting along with everyone who was seeking care at Northgate too. read more

The women behind the counter are kind, polite and professional! I was very impressed with their patience when it comes to dealing with impatient people/patients. The clinic was packed but the staff kept their cool and dealt with everyone in a fair and professional manner. I was at the Northgate clinic where there is plenty of parking. Don't see the doctor with the carpe diem tattoo on his forearm. I told him and his assistant I was allergic to penicillin and still got a penicillin RX sent to the pharmacy. It started out stressfully as the downtown Concentra location suggested for a screening/drug test was being prepped to close permanently and didn't send the memo to clients about it. This after searching for parking and prepaying $12 for a spot. It can drive you to opiate addiction I tell 'ya. Trekked to Northgate and was quoted two hours. It was all done in one. Wait time is long enough you can fill a cup by the time it's handed to you for the dirty deeds. If I could do one star I would. Ive been here before, and had a wonderful experience. Went in again for a separate ailment and had a very uncomfortable experience. Dr.Jonathan McJilton is extremely unprofessional. He made unnecessary comments such as, "I treat them and street them" and also said a curse word mid conversation with me. He barely even glanced at what I came in for, and dismissed them because im "a woman in the pacific northwest and its normal", when I expressed it is very much not normal for ME. I felt very rushed, and uncared for. Even if my treatment was out of their hands and I need to see another physician, common decency would have been nice to receive! I'm a travel xray technologist so with that I'm pretty familiar with these urgent care clinics for my pre hire work ups. I came here for a drug screen, Fit test and TB skin test and waited for nearly 4 hours. Once I was called back, I waited an additional 30 minutes in the actual patient room. In my opinion, there should be absolutely no reason whatsoever for a 4 and 1/2 hour wait. Very unprofessional. I gave 2 stars for the helpful receptionist upfront. read more

Excuse for a clinic zero service skills understaffed and very long wait times. Avoid this location and company.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous here. Extra star because the staff seemed friendly. I would recommend making an appointment somewhere else though if you want to get in and out somewhere in a timely fashion. 2 hour wait to pee in a cup seems a bit excessive to me but maybe I'm wrong and this is the same everywhere since I never need to go to medical facilities, still was not expecting to wait much more than maybe 30 minutes for something so simple as a lab test. Lab Corp takes a significantly shorter time for such a thing. read more

Do not come here. I would rather die in the streets unattended than come here again. Their office is old and dirty, the staff is scruffy looking and unprofessional. One employee has rashes and sores all over his arms. I was told to show up early as it is first come first serve. I was the first one in the door when they opened and still waited 3 hours for a 2 minute visit while watching 30 people be seen before me. The low budget system they use had many problems and I had to fill out the digital paperwork multiple. Also, the doctor leisurely walked in the office 10 minutes after they had opened and didn't seem to care there was a lobby full of people. That is rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. I waited over an hour to be seen for my pre employment medical screenings. Finally went back and the woman doing my testing was very nice, but also very scatter brained. A bit worried she didn't turn in everything I needed. Additionally I'm now waiting even longer in the waiting room just to be checked out. We have lots of reasons that we would say not to go to Concentra...their wait times are long, they are disorganized. However, they are one of the few that do company required drug testing, physicals for military, etc. so in some cases you are forced to use them. If someone knows of another non-concentra company for company and military based medical please respond. They messed up my labs and so I had to redo them because they didn't send them out the same day. The key is that they have no idea who is doing what there. If you have the first appointment the people that you need for lab, etc. don't come in by when the office opens... I could go on with more examples but what's the point. Here is my summary, if I was in need of urgent care and bleeding profusely I would STILL drive by their clinic and go to another urgent care. If you need to have a work drug test and they are the only one in town I guess that's where you'll go. read more
