I am a realtor, and this is by far one of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in the plumbing industry. He showed up late to the appointment, and when I asked for clarification since he was not doing a good job explaining what needed to be done, he completely lost his temper. Also instead of answering professionally, he resorted to profanity, shouting that he had "f***ing told me" the issue 100 times, which was not only false but completely unacceptable. Very Professional and efficient! My kitchen sink was clogged, and needed to be snaked. I had initially called another plumber in the area (Harts Plumbing, zero stars, do not recommend) who said they could not unclog it, and recommended $8,000 in repairs. Conan is a one man show. If he does not answer your call, leave a message and he will get back to you in a timely manner. He is a nice person, professional, responsive, responsible, does what needs to be done and does not try to sell you services you do not need. He gets the job done! The first time we needed his services, he was nearby and between jobs, so he was able to respond quickly. He cleared our clogged side sewer quickly, but he noted what I already knew...we had a break in the line. He recommended a local contractor to take a look at repairing or replacing the side sewer. The second time we needed his services, many months later, because we did not follow through with getting the problem fixed (our bad), he also responded quickly, worked his butt off but was not able to clear it and his camera would go into a black hole. We knew it was time to bite the bullet. I called the contractor that Conan recommended (Gillette Construction - Jarod is the owner) and got things rolling (that is another wonderful story for a bad situation). I would not usually give a five star rating but I am very impressed with Conan and will recommend his services to anyone. I called a local plumber when our drains backed up. He came out with his helper and spent a total of seven hours working on the problem and left without fixing my problem and without cleaning up. $1300 later I still have sewage backing up into my house.
