Great guys. On time, fast, helpful and patient. This was the only company that I found that had a flat rate! I wasn't going to mess with others that wanted 150 an hour and then charge 90-100 bucks more in 15 and 30 minute intervals. While I hired them based on their good reviews, I was disappointed. The attitude I received from the movers was unprofessional. The guys were great; a little late showing up due to missing some blankets and boxes, but once they arrived they were quick to work and overall packed things pretty well. Overall, I think the move went well and prices were fair. My recommendation to owners would be to be better communicate any delays and changes to schedule. Pretty disappointed. Took way too long to move certain things out of old place( took over 20 minutes to bring down box spring from downstairs) Damaged my grill (broke handle and drip bucket on traegar grill) and a few other items. Didn't bring proper tools to remove washer. Told me them at another guy had the tools Forgot items to put dresser back together. We had to run back to old place to get them. When it came time to pay I asked if he would reduce the cost all the considering. Pretty much told me no. So I argued my points and added all of the things listed. Told me they should've charged me extra for washer and dryer and they did me a favor with that. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because after I insisted he reduce the cost $40. Both guys where nice but business wise no thank you. read more

Moving can be very stressful as well as time consuming. Not only did I face moving from a third floor apartment to a home all the way across town I literally had one day to do it. However, Conan Moving is such an excellent and professional company that I feel compelled to share my experience with others. Within minutes of requesting a quote, I received a reply from the owner with a detailed, no gimmicks price quote. I had a few follow up questions and once again his response was promptly provided. The workers arrived precisely at the agreed upon time and worked without delay for nearly four hours. Unbeknownst to the workers, I started my personal timer when they commenced work, and at the completion of the job my elapsed time was nearly identical to the job duration time noted by the movers. I was really unhappy with the moving experience.... the guys sent here was very slow and literally took 6hrs -7 hrs to move a one bed room apartment ..on top of it I had to move 25%of my stuff ...also damaged my $1400TV...deformed and bent my couch....broke my motorcycle helmet .... also almost scratched every object on their way carrying Down the stairs... initially we agreed to a flat rate price and yet they took additional $100 saying that they spent 7hrs... one guy was literally holding one small item like one chair, one bag pack at a time.. and they are complaining for their incompetent people that it took so much time ...now I am regretting why I hired these guys ... read more
