I had to email 3 times initially to get her to take my deposit. When I paid the retainer fee, I asked, who is my point person and she replied that it would be her. After they took my payment in full, she contradicted statements made by the engineering team, was quick to get me off the phone, would forward me to the engineering team when it was a question for her to answer, or not get back to me at all. I regret hiring them and forwarding any business to them. My project remains incomplete but paid in full. I worry what I have paid for exactly with my site plan will only result in costly change orders from their incompetence. Update: A business manager has reached out but only I left two reviews of my experience. Prior to my reviews, the project coordinator would refuse to escalate me to anyone else.

We successfully rebutted all of their false claims, yet still lost some of our fee to them because we trying to be the "nice guy", and they would never have paid us anyway. Very underhanded strategy. I would never recommend working with them on any level, even as their client. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. They must be very bitter people there. Avoid!

I should have done my research and not went with who the real estate agent knew because the inspector got paid, the attorney got paid, the real estate agent got paid and I'm still at a loss. Which is precisely why I continue to do business with them. Steve is always polite and helpful, the rest of the staff seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I flip houses in the area, and they always get my surveys done quickly and accurately. Many survey companies tend to cater to large developers, and don't seem to have time for "the little guys". That doesn't appear to be the case here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residential survey, or just questions about their property. (I always have a lot of questions)
