I had to email 3 times initially to get her to take my deposit. When I paid the retainer fee, I asked, who is my point person and she replied that it would be her. After they took my payment in full, she contradicted statements made by the engineering team, was quick to get me off the phone, would forward me to the engineering team when it was a question for her to answer, or not get back to me at all. I regret hiring them and forwarding any business to them. My project remains incomplete but paid in full. I worry what I have paid for exactly with my site plan will only result in costly change orders from their incompetence. Update: A business manager has reached out but only I left two reviews of my experience. Prior to my reviews, the project coordinator would refuse to escalate me to anyone else.

It was very difficult at first to locate a place because my son is disabled and I needed a building with an elevator in a certain area. I contacted Caryn and Dave at Apartment Solutions in Naperville, Illinois. They stepped up immediately and fought so hard for me. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Dave really pushed incredibly hard to make sure everything went through. Thanks to their absolute dedication, they came through in less than two weeks with a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental complete with elevator and garage parking. If you need a team that will truly go to bat for you when the pressure is on or you are looking for a team to help you find housing with dedication to your specific needs, look no further than Apartment Solutions! You guys are truly Awesome!!! Linda Young

We catered to their every whim, we over-serviced their account, and all we received back was grief from them. And then when it was finished, they unfairly threatened us with not paying our fee. I would never recommend working with them on any level, even as their client. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. They must be very bitter people there. Avoid!
