I contacted Chris regarding our HOA letting their FHA certificate expire. Due to this finding a buyer for my home took extra time & effort. We had several interested & qualified buyers but due to the FHA issue they couldn't buy. Basically Chris told our board members that the paiperwork was a lot & the cost was to much. He basically discouraged our board from reinstating the certificate. I believe the only one job if any HOA board & management company is to keep our home values up. This seemed like a foreign concept to Chris. He became belligerent, rude, talked down to me, which he does whenever he speaks to a female homeowner. 2019 buddy wake up!!! They coordinated with and secured a company that did a great job rebuilding our porch and balcony. They also helped us out with a difficult roof replacement. Most recently, I had a washing machine fail and flood my laundry room and finished basement. I called Yellow Key at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and they arrived at my property with a mediation company within 90 minutes. Work started the same day. They do a great job maintaining their properties and use high quality companies for repairs.

My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. Then he said he needed to find something else wrong with the property to report otherwise he woudl get in trouble. So he took a picture of some chipped paint (that was there since we moved in) and turned that in. Mind you, we reported SEVERAL issues with the property during our move-in inspection report, but none of them have ever been addressed. They're making their techs find issues so they can charge the landlords more money for sending out people to the property unnecessarily. Anytime We've tried to get help with something they've made it as complicated as can be. The communication is chaotic and unorganized and poor. It's clear this company cares much more about making money than they do helping their tenants.
