We bought our starter home and the home that fits all 3 of our kids with Janet…read more For our first home, Janet helped us consider things we didn't think of as first time home buyers. For our home now, Janet really listened to us, and took into consideration the things that were most important to us. Janet helped us find a reputable closing lawyer and a lender that we really clicked with. I had some pretty specific qualifications I was looking for in a lender. You can just tell she has been in the business long enough that she can connect you with so many different people, and she knows when to be helpful and when to stay outside and let you talk to your husband or wife realistically. Both of our purchases came together in a speedy 35 days. We were blessed to just know when we found the right house, and Janet had all the tools to take it from there. Last year we sold a house with Janet. She helped connect us with contractors who helped us update parts of the house that really needed be updated to sell the house for more money. She negotiated on our behalf, and she offered recommendations on pricing when we asked. She also had the research to back all of her recommendations up. She showed us comparable sales of houses in our area in the last few months. When my family needed to sell a house, I was happy to recommend Janet. She had the house closed on in under 60 days after another realtor had failed to sell the house for over a year. I would recommend Janet to any friends and family looking or selling from Hinsdale to Naperville. I have even confidentially recommended her to several people at work who were also very happy with her help. She is a tough negotiator that I was happy to have on my side.

It's actually amazing that renovation loans are so hard to come by. Regardless, this office definitely treats you like a unique person and not like a commodity. Proof is that I did not eventually choose iMortgage and Loan Depot (for unique reasons and not by their fault), but I am writing this review, because they were so incredibly helpful that I know other people will benefit from a conversation with them.
