Sue tells it like it is, she knows her market, and she knows how to cut through the B.S. with lawyers, other Agents (ugh!), Sellers, Loan Officers, yada yada yada.. Sue is AWESOME, and I would recommend her over any of those larger teams I interviewed. You deal either with her directly, or her partner Ann (who is wonderful!), and that's it... No crap-shoot of people. I had worked with the Rullo team on our first move, and they were a disaster, and never knew who I was speaking with every time I called. I recommend Sue to everyone, and my friends have thanked me again and again. LOVE HER!!!!

She was unbiased, informative, thoughtful and incredibly hardworking. She worked with our less than convenient schedule, and didn't bat an eyelash when our financial circumstances suddenly turned us from home buyers to renters. She found us our perfect temporary solution until we're able to get back into the home buying market. I wish the rest of my city friends would move out this way so that I could refer them to Sue.

Winter clothes, well mine at least, were stored in suitcases, dishes stayed in the dishwasher, and friends crammed onto the teeny tiny balcony. We coundn't take it much longer. Calls were made and fears were confirmed. The market is saturated, town homes aren't moving, you can't compete with foreclosures. And then our Real Estate Hero appeared. My husband made the call and Kathy Brothers was there. She sat down with us and gave it to us straight. Our price had to be competitive, and we had to be patient, but it would sell, she was confident and we liked that. 1 open house, and several showings later we had an offer and were under contract within 2 months. Elation turns to panic as we realize we have 1 month to get out and we haven't looked at a single home. Have no fear, Kathy Brothers is here. Kathy made us a top priority and began showing us homes right away. She patiently went house to house (ones that I picked out online) knowing we wouldn't like them. Then she showed us 'the one'. She knew what we wanted before we did! 15 more homes, just in case, and we decided to make an offer. A bidding war, a stressful loan officer, and a few moving day glitches, and we are settling into our dream home. I'm writing this review on my out of control back patio as we speak, well, as you read. For such a big investment, such an important milestone, I could not have asked for a better guide through the crazy roller coaster that is real estate than Kathy Brothers. She was knowledgeable, honest, aggressive, and a true pleasure to work with.

She was tireless in her efforts. Our neighborhood has more for sale signs then a hard ware store can carry! She was honest, hard working and took me through all of the necessary steps. While other homes are still sitting, she was able to bring a successful offer to the table that satisfied the bank's requirements. Not only was she able to do that, she also found myself and 2 kids a gorgeous condo. in my budget that i was able to rent. I wish that there were more ways to say thank-you to her. Did I mention that all of this was done in about 6 weeks??? If you're looking for someone truly amazing to work with --you can't do better than Karen!

I am a veteran that tried to purchase a condo through Miss Raver…read more It appears to me that Miss Raver does not support Veterans or Veterans benefits. In my dealings with Miss Raver I found her to be very unprofessional with her lack of communication during the process of submitting a pre-approved (from my lender) offer on a property that she had listed. Through my agent, I made an offer for a condominium she had listed. Initially she responded and told my agent that the association was not approved for Veteran benefits financing. I knew this to be not true. I knew that the property was approved and had proof. After hearing this from my agent I copied and texted a document that proves that the Condo and Association was in fact approved by the VA. She did not respond to my texts or calls. I then had my Loan Coordinator call her to verify the Condo and association was approved . She said she would get back to him and she never did. My agent and I left numerous messages with her with no response. The condo remained on the market until there was an accepted offer a week or two later. The Condo was sold to another buyer for less money than I was offering. I recently closed on a Condo in the same development and the same Condo association. In fact the next building over from her listing My problem with Miss Raver is : Why not be a professional and return communications If Miss Raver or the seller did not want to go with Veterans Benefits financing Why not just tell us that? That would be the end of it. Instead I feel I was treated very unprofessional and like a second class citizen.

Her response time (if she responded at all), was very poor. I tried to have her show the home because one would hope the listing agent would be most knowledgeable on the property they are selling. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. She also wasn't very familiar with home values and comps in the area. I wouldn't recommend Pamela Raver as a listing agent or as a buyers agent.
