I was quite disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. I gave them my computer to…read morediagnose the problems it was having and after about two weeks, I asked how it was going and got a message saying it was water damaged and wouldn't be worth it to fix it. I got very stressed as an independent student that depends on my laptop for school and certainly was concerned about the financial stress of buying a new computer. However, it is a good thing I didn't immediately buy one because the next day they told me it was a mix up and mine was NOT water damaged. I was pretty understanding with this mistake even though it was very unprofessional and caused me a lot of stress. They then told me their possible diagnosis for what was wrong with my computer and sold me an 8GB ram to fix it, and were nice enough to give me a slight discount on the labour cost (this is after already paying $110 for the diagnosis). The experience got worse, though, because my friend looked at my computer info and told me it only had a 4GB ram in it... I refused to believe it at first thinking the best in people, that no one would take advantage of me like that and put a cheaper part in or even if they weren't doing it intentionally, they wouldn't have made a mistake like that. But I opened up my computer and it was true. Whether it was intentional or not, it is incredibly unprofessional to charge someone for one piece and put something significantly cheaper in. When I told them I noticed their mistake, they apologized and said I could bring it in for them to put the correct piece in but then proceeded to try and sell me more upgrades. I was very frustrated to have to take time out of my busy schedule to go all the way there for them to fix their own mistake after I had been using my dysfunctional computer for a while on a cheaper part than I paid for! When they put the right piece in, I nicely asked to at least be reimbursed SOME of my money for the incredible unprofessionalism and two big mistakes they made and they said no, that no companies would ever give money back for mistakes. This is entirely inaccurate: when Apple incorrectly put a new screen on my boyfriend's phone, they compensated their mistake by giving him a brand new phone. I know this company is not Apple, but for all the stress and inconvenience and possible shady incorrect part placement, the least they could have done is offer a small reimbursement or even a free or discounted service in the future. I don't want to assume anything about them because they could be perfectly nice guys but I felt very taken advantage of and disappointed in the service I received. It gave me so much unnecessary anxiety. I do not recommend going here. Save yourself the possible stress and confusion that I encountered. I hoped for so much more and just left with an emptier bank account and lack of trust in people. I hope at least the part I finally received improves my computer or else it was all for nothing.

After hearing many lowball offers they're not ghosted me when I demanded a fair price or my processor back. They offered me $600 and in a moment of desperation I accepted it, which is what I'm sure they were expecting me to do. However, they refuse to even honor the deal that they had clearly made me. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to get burned real bad.
