I was offered the cost of the repair as a credit for a new phone, which I had to decide on without being able to research it (with no working phone) I accepted, tho it was out of power, so I couldn't verify it would work. It didn't come with the stuff required to charge it so I had to get that too, go home, charge it.... Only to find out this phone was locked, when it was sold and labelled as unlocked. I had to go back again, and they exchanged it right away, and it didn't cost more, but all in all it was a mixed experience. The repair effectively bricked my phone - so getting credit for the repair, rather than for the phone itself felt like I was worse off for having come here. Then I had to fork over more money to get a new phone, which I obviously would have been better off doing in the first place instead of trying to get this repaired. I had to buy a phone without researching it, and even then it didn't work right away. The second error with the unlocked phone was a minor one, but compounded with the whole repair-wrecking-my-phone, it felt like a lot of hassle, low value, and not a great arrangement. I'm sure other people will have better experiences, but its hard for me to say it all went super well.

I called the Ottawa location back and asked if he had sent the iPad as her promised 10 days prior. He kept blaming the mail courier service and not apologizing for the delay. The Ottawa location then gave me the tracking number for me to track the package why? When I contacted the toronto location they said the package has not been received and I should call the Ottawa location. Again why? On top of a this, they outsource the work and promise a 90 minute repair. What a scam.
