I purchased my parents computer chair here and several organizing items, like expandable folders. They do have good sales from time to time, especially at seasonal holidays and school times. I've seen a few staff members on the floor and they have always offered help. It isn't super busy, so it's pretty easy to get a bit of personalized attention if you need it.
