It takes a lot to get 5 stars out of me. It has to be an experience! When you go to a gear rental…read moreplace, you expect that they'll have gear to rent. You expect the gear to be in good condition and the experience to be pleasant. That would make for a 4 star experience in my book. But, Doug went above and beyond the call of duty. From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do. The best way I can describe it is pride of work. I will ALWAYS rent from Pro Gear Orlando! It's difficult not to; Doug made it, smooth, easy, painless, convenient, pick whichever adjective suits you best. Thank you Doug! I actually look forward to renting gear from you again :)

I've looked all over the country and haven't found another company that is so reasonable, reliable and trustworthy. Deborah, who seems to always answer the phone, is supper friendly and easy to work with and the flat rate labor cost that includes both the diagnostic inspection and repair is less than other companies inspection cost. My final bill for my last repair was $175 including shipping and the best lowball estimate I got from any other repair shop was around $500. I'm in California so I have to ship over 3,000 miles, but from the time I ship it out, to the time I get it back is usually less than 10 days. I can't afford to and don't have time to mess around and working with CDI has really helped keep my equipment going and my cost way down.
