    This is the worst run business I have ever encountered. Even the lobby looks unfinished with…read moreunprofessional help behind the counter. After calling to finally find out what happened I was promised a full refund because all the did was remove the screen saver and saw the screen was cracked. When I arrived they still charged 39 for diagnostics even though that was not what was promised on the phone. Do not go here.

    Where to start…read more Took my laptop in for repair. Staff was friendly. The guy that took down my info misspelled my name (Paul Skow) - even the "Paul" - even after I literally spelled it out for him. This led to complications later, when calling them asking for an update, as my misspelled name was in their system (for the record, he typed in "Bauy Saow," that's what's on the intake receipt). The guy couldn't type my name correctly after I literally spelled it out right there in front of him. I got a call later that same day, saying the battery needs replaced before further diagnostics can continue. Sure, go ahead. Was explained the cost, etc, all normal. Was pleased with the response time. Then.. there was zero response time. I called a week later, asking for an update, and they could only tell me what I already knew: battery needs replaced. I physically stopped at the store a week after that and asked for update, and was told so-and-so was in a meeting, but right after he was going to put in a new battery and run diagnostics. ANOTHER week went by, I was told there was a delay on shipping but was assured they're looking at it now (but, wasn't the other guy supposed to run diags a week prior?). Stopped by the store again few days later, no progress, they could only tell me what I already knew. During all this time I had to go to them for any update. I was never contacted once, beyond that first call. I called a few days later (I think I was being very patient) and the person, after being on hold for 20 minutes (she was the only staff there and had a physical customer), said she'd see if the new battery made it turn on. She never did. I stopped there a couple days later and got my laptop out of there. Took it to a competitor, who looked at it that same day and called me back with an actual update (it's screwed). At least now I KNOW something. After a month. If there's staffing shortages, just inform me of that, and possibly recommend a better-staffed location. But I wasn't told of any of these issues. They just sat on my laptop without doing anything. And now I'm frustrated. I'm really not one to leave negative reviews, but when it's warranted, it's warranted. It was an awful experience, full of promises of updates that never happened, and promises of progress that never happened. Extremely disappointing, even moreso now that I've gone to a competitor to experience how it could have been.
