Seriously 9 days?? I have also been advised to wait a full 14 days from the despatch date before I complain if the item does not arrive. Needless to say, I'm not one for waiting, I ordered the item and want it to be here now. Next time I'll pay the extra £5 and use a different company!!!

They scratched/chipped up the lower back, I got a discount for it which was nice, but the weird prying of the bottom piece affected the sound quality. I listen to a lot of music w/o headphones and w/e they did wobbled the lower piece a bit. Sound less HD/more obviously muffled and sound travels at lower volume. I still would go to them if I had to find someone in the area, but again, I'd make sure I knew myself how to pop open the phone to show them just in case. The original problem was water damage, that was fixed 5 star.

On the moor theres debenhams, woolworth, and atkinsons which are the 3 main department stores plus loads of smaller shops including jonathan james, and my favourate home bargains.
