It seems a diagnostic involves them breaking your PC so that it won't even switch on. After they have done this they will proceed to claim that it was like that when it came in. All this is utter bullsh1t. just like the reviews they have written for themselves on their little section on Google. They treat customers as if they are idiots who know nothing. Now while I am not an expert in IT myself I have many years experience of building perfectly good systems and they were talking rubbish. So if you want to be treated as an intelligent human being and to have your (probably quite expensive) PC diagnosed and looked after take it to somewhere that is at least halfway competent and not to these clowns.

They scratched/chipped up the lower back, I got a discount for it which was nice, but the weird prying of the bottom piece affected the sound quality. I listen to a lot of music w/o headphones and w/e they did wobbled the lower piece a bit. Sound less HD/more obviously muffled and sound travels at lower volume. I still would go to them if I had to find someone in the area, but again, I'd make sure I knew myself how to pop open the phone to show them just in case.
