I spoke to them on the phone and was confident they could repair it for me so I drove the hour journey and they quickly repaired it saving me a fortune over a replacement. So in future go here as Timpsons is the best for fixing your shoes. They take care to get them looking brand new again and if you want you can alway go back later and pick them up.
