There are very irresponsible and greedy people that only sees oneself's ignorance as source of constant profit. About a week and half ago I went to COMPUTERMART (Hutchinson,KS) because my PS4 didn't turn on. Then, in a couple of hours they had "fixed" it and I checked it in their store. Then I played it for a couple of hours the next day (the only time I played it before I tried yesterday night). Today, I went to ask the technician to recheck it because it showed the same problem. She wanted to charge me again and I reminded them that they guaranteed the job for two weeks (written in the receipt). Then, she questioned me and said that she didn't trust me because I could do something with my PS4, I tried to reason with her and told her that for me it wasn't funny to go one and more times again to the same store for exactly the same problem. Well, she got annoyed and told me that if I wanted them to check the PS4 again she have to charge me and I frowned. She then simulated to take my console to tell me to go away and thay she doesn't want me again in the store. I told her not to worry, I won't go back. It goes to my nerves how some people are greedy, doesn't want to compromise to their own words, want to exploit people's ignorance, and doesn't know what "ethics" mean. I took my Computer (Laptop) to ComputerMart and had a cracked screen, Viruses, and a bad keyboard. I was ready to pitch it. ComputerMart gave me a price before work was done and completed in just a few days. I very happy with them. Will go back read more

I walked into Computer Mart with my computer and my frayed and injured adapter. My grandson recommended I go see them because their prices were lower. The owner sold me a W45 charger for my Apple Pro without opening the computer or viewing the charger in my hands. After three days of use, I knew something was terribly wrong. No matter what I tried to view, the computer was pulling from the settings page. I quit using the adapter. Eventually the computer began to recover. I called Computer Mart and began to explain the information I found online about W60 and W85, and that the owner had sold me the wrong adapter for my Apple Pro. The owner screamed at me that she knew her products and hung up on this previous, dissatisfied and unhappy customer. I drove to Best Buy in another town and paid for the correct and verified adapter. While in the parking lot of Computer Mart, I acquired a large screw in my back tire. So this experience cost me a grand total of $160 in order to purchase the $80 charger. So dear review-reader, I strongly suggest that you bypass Computer Mart completely and drive straight to your nearest Best Buy store where knowledgable employees are standing by to assist you!
