They work hard to make each piece feel like they created it just for you. My husband and I had looked at ring styles locally in St. Louis before getting engaged. I was so impressed that instead of buying from a big box jewelry store in St. Louis he went back to my hometown to use the same jeweler that did my parents rings. Dick found him several options and he chose the perfect ring. Every time I come home he makes sure it's still as perfect and sparkly as the day I got engaged. I feel great supporting their family as they have taken care of mine all these years. Customer for life!

Again, no one had explained Anything in the first place! Even after I informed both of them that I was from out of town! I complained and was told that the owner would call me to see if we could work something out. He NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!! So not only do they have bad business practices and can't be trusted; they stole my money as well. I work I retail as well, and our place of business insists very adamently, that it is part of our job to MAKE SURE that the customer understands ALL terms of contract before anything is signed, or money is deposited. This was just bad business through and through!!! If you could rate in the negitive I would, and I would not recommend shopping with this retailer.

The store is very well laid out, organized, and clean. The staff is engaging and friendly. The stock is huge and it seems to have a little bit of everything. Definitely worth a visit. Places like this are why supporting local businesses is always a good idea. Finally, if you do visit and you talk with the owner and he tells you somewhere you should go in town to get food, listen to the man. He knows what he's talking about.
