I was having a very difficult time with my Lenovo laptop (from 2017)- I cannot even begin to tell…read moreyou all the problems. In 2022 (I'm late in providing this review) I needed help and fast since we hoped to leave ME and head back to FL, but my PC needed to be in running order. I had previously used someone whom I decided I would not use again because of a program he installed which required my contacting him every 6 mos to update it (Microsoft was calling it pirated) so - anyway, I saw that Creative Tech Owl (Tra) was close by and gave him a call. I ended up meeting with him and giving him my laptop, which he "overhauled" and made it run superbly and it is still running like a top! I was and continue to be so very happy with the work he did. Consequently, I also had him install new WiFi and assisting devices (forgot what you call them) throughout our place in Maine - and, again, he installed the equipment and it runs "like a top" for all our many devices. I truly meant to write a review back two years ago, but life gets in the way. I've written one many times in my mind which had much more clarity and detail, but I cannot recall so many of the details. Thus, suffice it to say, I highly recommend Creative Tech Owl to anyone with any PC problems (and even WiFi concerns) since he can fix your computer to run smoothly and at a reasonable cost.
