Can't say enough about Guy the Computer Guy. Originally Guy helped me with a very old laptop that was really beyond help. He fixed the immediate problem and couched me on how to keep it going until it wouldn't. The day came and I called him to point me in the right direction to get a new laptop. He was really helpful and very good about showing me how to make it my decision. I got the new one and had him set it up. He was very professional, came to the house and got me up and running in no time! He took time to make sure I was comfortable with all my new "toys" before leaving. Then the worst happen, I had a lemon, the LED screen went crazy so I had to take the laptop back. Guy was there to help me with that too with phone assistance. Because of his advice, I returned the laptop and got a new one, avoiding any additional charges or time away from my computer. Back Guy came and set me up again. This all occurred over 3 days.
