I'm pissed because I like my stuff perfect. To top everything off I got my MacBook back today and now not only do the fingerprint don't work my tyu keys on the keyboard still push in to far and my right speaker is broke. John doesn't know what he's doing. He came into my house, which is really dodgy by the way, and kept his shoes on even though no one wear's shoes in my house. the mud stains from his boots are still on my floor. He continuously tried to up sell me while doing the repair and dropped tiny screws left and right. Finally he finishes up and was never able to find one screw that he dropped and said that it doesn't make a difference on the function of the phone. The phone still isn't working and now he isn't picking up his phone. Don't go to these guys, this is stupid. They are WAYYY over-priced and they don't even have any overhead like real, legitimate businesses do. Their parts are apparently all after-market parts, as I've been told by the Apple store in Lennox. Scam artists. They don't even have an office you can go to complain to. All items & services were all very fairly priced and had excellent service from entry to exit. What I appreciated most was the honesty & expert knowledge of our needs. Monique she was so helpful, gave wonderful recommendations and wonderful service (even coming in right before they closed). Laptop fix: Anthony could have easily told me to go buy a new laptop or sell me one of his for my son but he was honest, gave technical responses in non-technical fashion and recommended exactly what was needed & didn't over sell. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one). Anthony listened to our broken explanation of the issue, asked appropriate questions to quickly diagnose & followed up in a very timely manner. When given the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, he didn't do that. We will be back soon. Unfortunately my son dropped his phone & cracked his screen protector and a friend of mine has a laptop to be fixed. We highly recommend checking them out.

I feel like they should honor the discounted repair for the phone i purchased a yeAr ago since all it involves to have the new phone insured under the same plan is to let them know i have a new phone. I can proof that i purchased this phone and have used this phone since May of last year. It isn't like i am asking for something that i haven't paid for. I have paid their annual 70 fee or whatever the fee is. Bottom line is they should honor repairing my current phone or refund the discount plan fee since it is useless for me.
