Come to find out he inflates the prices for military personnel then provides a "discount" that actually ends up costing more than prices for the general public. A simple screen change/repair I've paid $40-$50 for the same exact phone but we were desperate as her phone was inoperable due to the broken screen thus leaving no other option since she was to ship out the next day. I ended up paying $150.00 after "discount". People like this should be put out of business taking advantage of our military members. Unpatriotic POS. If you have no other choice, do not go in uniform or mention anything about military as you will be charged more.

So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

I called every repair place within a 10 mile radius to get quote for repair which ranged from $70-$130 from 3rd parties. Most of the techs I spoke to gave me a warning that when repairing the earphone speaker there was a risk the the face ID cable will be damaged beyond repair. When I Called 911 tech, they assured me that this was not the case. They got me fixed up in less than an hour for $80 and everything works beautifully. I confronted the guy right after he switched it out that the quality of the screen was super terrible, but he tried to say that this is the brand they use all the time without any issues. I told him he needs to be upfront with the customers that his quality is not as good as the original one before providing any service.
