Throughout that time, I have had positive experiences with every employee except for one. This is the second time I have been assisted by Lorena, and on both occasions, I found her behavior to be unprofessional. During my previous visit, I asked a question about a product, and she responded by laughing instead of providing a helpful answer. During my visit today, I asked about a promotion I had just seen displayed on the TV. Rather than answering my question, she responded rudely and pointed me to a different promotion. When I explained that I wanted to show her the specific promotion I was referring to, she laughed again. I ultimately walked away because I felt uncomfortable and did not understand why she continued laughing while assisting me. In addition to the repeated laughter, her attitude when I asked about the promotion came across as dismissive and unhelpful. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and being knowledgeable about current promotions. This experience did not meet those expectations and left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

So we bought some flower and a vape product (Stiiizy) then went on our way. When I opened my vape product I noticed the product has been opened and that the cartridge inside was fake. There is a sign that says to state if you're returning or if you're new. Seeing as I come weekly, I always say returning but because they didn't hear me (I'm very loud) or they just didn't care, they'll make me repeat what I just said which is annoying. I've had good experiences with the front people too. For all I know, it could be just one guy that is sour but benefit of the doubt. Another one who can be kinda weird but sometimes nice is the Latina girl with the face tattoo. We all have bad days but she definitely can come off as annoyed most of the time. Not my favorite but I wish the girl the best. My main purpose of this is to express how nice the other budtenderrs are and how they consistently go out of their way to be kind. Kenny is super nice, always willing to help and doesn't make you feel like a bother. There is another Latina girl who is really nice, not sure of her name but if you've gone to this place, she is very bubbly right off the bat. Lastly, there's a young black girl I think she usually wears glasses-- she's also really nice too. Kudos to those three!
