It's sincerely been 16 years that I have been trying to find a passion for exercising, and I cannot believe that I am actually saying this - but I finally enjoy working out and feel great about it! In all sincerity, it is all because of Strength Rewired, Sammie and her team. The gym is clean, the sessions are personalized, the vibe is welcoming, gracious, soothing, calming and motivating - I could go on forever! In the past, I have never been a fan of overbearing trainers screaming in one's face to push past comfort levels, because it's just not motivating to me at all, which is why I love this place.
