I arrived at 9:30am today and was greeted by a young lady who was very polite. After a brief tour I asked her about using the recovery room and she walked over to speak with the owner. He said it was only available to members. I then showed him the BioFit website Free Consultation offer and he said the tour is the free consultation. I was shocked and told him that I thought the wording was very misleading and he argued that it isn't and nothing is free. Spent the majority of my life in the hospitality industry and this was a horrible experience. As I completed this review in the parking lot, the owner came and knocked on my car window. He said I just read your review and continued to argue about the Free Consultation offer. He then added some profanity and said that BioFit is not a corporate gym and that he offers personalized coaching.
