Once parked, text the number, access the link, enter the requested information, make sure to put in the code, complete the transaction and start the parking timer. Upon return to the vehicle, the timer must be stop to end the parking. If not, it will charge past the 2 hour window. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. She checked me in and made sure all my paperwork was good. Water and coffee were offered. The lobby waiting area is small and doesn't offer a lot of seating. I was able to get a seat and sat to wait to be called. When it was my turn, Lana didn't just call out, she walked over to where I was sitting and greeted me. I followed her in and we got situated. Lana is amazing! That was the best facial I have ever had. I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. Lana not only worked magic with her hands but also provided education on specialized skin care. Lana was professional yet personable. 4Ever Young provides, other services to include, hormone replacement therapy, IV vitamin nutrition, vitamin shots, and various skin treatments. I do have a little hypopigmentation spot on my face from the tech , UMA who is also the owner I believe . The bigger problem I had is with some filler I got in my lips and under eye. One vial spread between the three areas. After three weeks, I got a really bad bulge coming from my right eye. I figured there was just too much in that area / injected too shallow because I started to have the Tyndle effect. Like there is a little shelf on my eye. I went back to have it dissolved within a mug and said it would be 450 to dissolve ! I can't believe they would try to charge me for their shotty craftsmanship. I should never have left Spa blue in the first place. I'm going back there where Janet will give me my Botox from now on and fix their mistake for free . I have worked at many Med Spa's and almost owned one myself... I would never want someone walking around with a mistake from my Spa, but I guess Facial Mania does not care .
