I double confirmed because this was the last day of my vacation and I wanted to get my hair done before I went back to work as scheduling any personal appointments is very hard around my work schedule. Arrived on the day and time. There was one stylist in the building, the manager, working on a gentleman's hair, and I explained to her that I had an appointment at noon. She looked at her computer and said she did not. After much back and forth with her demanding to know when I called and taking 0 accountability for their mistake and her continuously mentioning that "she was the only one there and could not help me" I flipped out a little and expressed my frustration. This was the last day and last opportunity I had to get this done. If I had known you and your staff were incompetent at scheduling and being communicative with each other and your clients, I would have scheduled somewhere else on my vacation so that I could have gotten this done during the time I was able to get it done. Do better. Don't go here if you're looking to get literally any service done because you and your time will not be respected unless, maybe, you're a random walk in. The manager had 0 sympathy for me and I could tell she was absolutely not going to follow up with her staff about this issue. I guarantee she cut people from the day to save payroll and cancelled their appointments without any communication to any clients. Attached is the photo of when I made my appointment. The prices are reasonable, and the stylists are thorough. They don't try to force products on you, but will make good recommendations for products that will work for you. They're pretty flexible with timing as well, which is nice. I've even had stylists go above and beyond and stay late just to make sure I left looking good. I'm glad to be a regular here, and I recommend them if you're in the area and need a cut, color, or style.
