Made an appointment on Sat Feb 3 at 10:30ish am. Stylist on the other end said she could personally do it on Thursday Feb 8 at 12pm and actually said she remembered me from the last time I was in. I double confirmed because this was the last day of my vacation and I wanted to get my hair done before I went back to work as scheduling any personal appointments is very hard around my work schedule. Arrived on the day and time. There was one stylist in the building, the manager, working on a gentleman's hair, and I explained to her that I had an appointment at noon. She looked at her computer and said she did not. After much back and forth with her demanding to know when I called and taking 0 accountability for their mistake and her continuously mentioning that "she was the only one there and could not help me" I flipped out a little and expressed my frustration. This was the last day and last opportunity I had to get this done. If I had known you and your staff were incompetent at scheduling and being communicative with each other and your clients, I would have scheduled somewhere else on my vacation so that I could have gotten this done during the time I was able to get it done. Do better. Don't go here if you're looking to get literally any service done because you and your time will not be respected unless, maybe, you're a random walk in. The manager had 0 sympathy for me and I could tell she was absolutely not going to follow up with her staff about this issue. I guarantee she cut people from the day to save payroll and cancelled their appointments without any communication to any clients. Attached is the photo of when I made my appointment. I like this salon. The stylists are friendly and nice, and they listen to what you want. I regularly get cuts and highlights done here, and I've always been happy with the results. The prices are reasonable, and the stylists are thorough. They don't try to force products on you, but will make good recommendations for products that will work for you. They're pretty flexible with timing as well, which is nice. I've even had stylists go above and beyond and stay late just to make sure I left looking good. I'm glad to be a regular here, and I recommend them if you're in the area and need a cut, color, or style. read more

WARNING DONT GO. sent my wife to go get whatever she wanted and did not come back with that!!! she and my buddies sister went there for 2 different things and they got there around 9:30 and he didn't start till 10:45. he talked crap on everybody, manager, anyone who walked in, he treated my wife like crap. she showed him what she wanted a she said "no im going to do this" and did what he wanted, he was being and talking sexual inform of my wife and a 13 year old girl. he was mean and rough with her hair and acted like her hair was terrible. he messed up on what he was doing to her(not what she wanted) so he Decided to fix it and he was mean bc she didn't get what he wanted to do to her hair and once she finally got tired of hearing about it he said she's not good enough for it.so he continued and messed up her hair. he left bleach in it for a couple hours. now she has spot on top of her head, he tried to get her to let him cut her hair(I herd they do things and charge later with no warning) and he treated her like crap and was telling her she's broke and everything bc she didn't want a haircu. will never go again and will warn everyone not to go. I ended up paying 150 for him to screw up her hair!!!!! read more

This is a nice little salon with very reasonable prices. My stylist is Scott. He is new to the salon. I followed him from another salon in Charleston when it went out of business. He takes time with you and has a lot of experience. They take a lot of walk ins, so be safe and make an appointment. Monday seems to be a busy day, so I avoid it. They have convenient hours, being open in the evenings and on Sundays. My only problem is that they are about 15 miles from me and there is a lot of traffic getting there. But, if you are in Hurricane, you should try them. read more
