Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

Nick with CDA said we can fix the problems from the last person and make it right. I spent time with Nick going over my truck and he showed me what was done wrong and how the process he does would be night and day on quality. After listening to him talk I got that warm fuzzy feeling that my truck was in the right spot. So I hit him with another project, could you add Topo graphics on the side of the truck, he did not even hesitate to put a bigger smile on my face, YES WE CAN!!!! After three day he called and told me my truck was done. When I got there and spotted my truck and saw what was once in my head, is now in front of me as big as day. Thank you to all the guys at CDA for doing an awesome job on my truck. Thank you

He made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was responsive, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

From the moment I reached out, Mike was extremely professional and accommodating. He understood the urgency of my timeline and made it happen immediately -- no delays, no excuses, just solid customer service from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was top-notch. Mike and his team kept me informed every step of the way, making sure the design and installation matched my vision perfectly. The workmanship speaks for itself -- clean lines, flawless finish, and attention to every detail. It's rare to find a business that combines quality, speed, and great customer service the way this team does. I highly recommend Mike's Tint Shop and Wrap to anyone looking for high-quality wraps or tinting. I'll definitely be sending friends and family their way. you get what you pay for.

I was so excited to get my windows tinted after buying my first non-mom car in 28 years. I checked…read morereviews here on yelp and received quotes from 3 vendors. I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

I had a system installed in my Polaris Slingshot about a year and a half ago, and since then I've had to return to the shop at least 6 times for ongoing issues with the equipment. I don't live nearby, so every visit meant arranging and paying for an Uber after dropping off my vehicle, which has been extremely inconvenient. I also want to be clear--I spent a lot of money here. Not just a small amount, but a few thousand dollars. For that kind of investment, I expected quality and reliability. Instead, I'm now being told my equipment is basically no good anymore. So what does that mean--I'm supposed to spend thousands of dollars every year and a half just to keep a working system? That's unacceptable. The biggest issue is the quality of the equipment. I was told I was getting aqua/marine-grade products, but that clearly hasn't been the case. The system has not held up the way it should, especially for what was promised. Customer service was also disappointing. When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, I was given multiple excuses before I was finally able to speak with him in person--and even then, it was excuse after excuse. Instead of solutions, I got no real accountability. On top of that, the initial inspection and diagnosis were not thorough. I was told over the phone that they would "call me back again after doing a more thorough inspection," which raised concerns about how carefully things were being handled in the first place. Lastly, the warranty they promote doesn't seem to actually exist in practice. When issues came up, there was no real support or accountability. Overall, I'm very frustrated. What started as a good experience turned into repeated problems, wasted time, and added expenses. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
