On top of that I paid out of pocket because they did not take my insurance but was assured that all I had to do was send my diagnosis and receipt with a claim form to my insurance company. When I went home I tried to do that but my insurance carrier requires some of the form to be completed and signed by the physician including codes and tax ID #. The rude people working there told me they do not sign forms because there are different doctors there each day and I have to fill the codes out myself. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience!! Do NOT GO HERE!!

Saw Dr Teresa Carlin she asked me what was wrong told her I could not speak had a terrible cough and congestion. She never looked in my ears, throat or checked for a fever. No strep test or Covid test done. She just said it was a summer cold and to take a nasal spray. I asked her to give me a prescription for antibiotic and cough and she told me to come back if I got worse. Thank god I did not or I would have been charged another $315.67 for a 10 minute office visit. My primary doctor doesn't even charge that amount for office visit. I called my regular Dr the next day and he called in medication and ordered chest xray to find out I had bronchitis with laryngitis. Tried to discuss bill with Atlantic care in Cape May and they are not responding. They said someone from office would get in touch and still have not heard back. I don't mind paying for a service but when the service was not done accurately and professionally.

We were worried we'd spend all day sitting in a waiting room, but we were in and out in good time AND received thorough care. Kiddo had a thorough exam, including a rapid test which I appreciated to rule out strep, and appropriate antibiotics sent directly to the pharmacy nearest our rental.
