The sign on the door states they close at 12am, the receptionist confirmed over the phone they close at 12am, but when I walked into an empty waiting room at 11:18pm with a child with high fever, I was told that the provider by the name of Goldsmith had ordered for all patients to be turned down as she wanted to be done at 11:30pm and we should go to an emergency room instead. This is unfair practice and management should know about this as I'm assuming this is the reason why they had to close down for a while before reopening this year. Fast friendly and professional. Although ultimately we were off to the hospital we had a great experience here.

They were great; fast & efficient. Did not have a long wait time at all. Dr. & staff were also very professional.

This was way better than urgent care. The receptionist was really nice and helpful with check ins and questions. The doctor was very nice and assuring, I felt like I was in great hands with he and the nursing assistant. It was not too crowded and the waiting room was beautiful and clean. Much better than Atlantic urgent care where they shoo you out the door and are dismissive and overwhelmed. This is where I'll be going from now on. read more

I was there 2 days ago (It's now Medi-Rite Urgent Care) and they were wonderful. As I entered the office, I noticed that the reception area was clean and tidy. The young man working at reception was friendly and efficient and although I was a new patient, check-in went quickly and I was immediately ushered to a room. The room was also immaculate and well lit. Both the nurse and doctor were friendly, kind and well skilled in their professions. I wear hearing aids and one of the domes had detached and gotten stuck deep in my ear canal. The doctor was able to remove it quickly and painlessly with the proper tool. This morning I even received a follow-up call to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions. This was NOT your standard Urgent Care ~ shuffle you through ~ office and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. read more

I would've given this urgent care 5 stars, but the receptionist was acting like I was an inconvenience on a Sunday afternoon with my sick 4 year old. I waited longer to get a sick note than to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was friendly, wonderful and very informative. The meds he prescribed has really helped and it's only been a day. read more

I just went in here with serious symptoms as a possible sign of pneumonia. The doctor came in wrote on a piece of paper Claritin Flonase and Advil before even listening to my lungs looking at my throat or assessing the situation at all until I prompted him that I wanted him to listen to my lungs and check my throat. He also did not assign any tests to rule out any possible illnesses like flu or strep. If you want a doctor who's actually going to care about you and get you the best help go to shore urgent care.
