I have had some bad experiences at tile showrooms but not at Complete Tile. My partner and I built a house in Connecticut and shopped at Waterworks and Ann Sachs but were not able to find anything that appealed to us and in both cases we found the method of display confusing and the sales people seemed impatient and not very interested in our project. At Complete Tile we were overwhelmed by the huge selection and the unusually simple yet easy to work with presentation. The salesperson was actually a trained designer. We were given some extremely helpful suggestions that changed our direction entirely. We were impressed by how quickly we were able to develop a concept for each bathroom based on information we gave to the designer about our color preferences and budgetary requirements. If it hadn't been for this type of genuine interest we would have probably made some expensive mistakes and never would have been able to achieve such professional results. Our architect was delighted with everything we chose and now has images of our master bath on her web site. I should also mention that they installed our kitchen counter tops and the advise on the type of stone to use made a big difference in what we chose. The stone is beautiful and practical and was worth the expense. I've never written a review before, but since I have recommended this source to friends and family members who have all received the same level of attention, I felt that I had to write something to thank them for being so much better than all the others. read more

Without a doubt the best tile store in the City. The selection is incredible and it is organized in a way that is really easy to use. Mimi was truly fantastic and kept working with us until we got the look we wanted for our budget. Delivery was as promised on all of our selections. When the limestone arrived with problems they were fast to resolve the issues with the supplier and get replacement material delivered quickly. I feel their tile prices are fine - they go from cheap to stratospheric! Their slabs however are very expensive; but if you have no limit to your budget the service is second to none. read more

I Dealt with this shop a while ago and while the selection is good, they are very expensive. Plus I bought some merchandise from them and when I tried to return it new and get credit they were rather difficulty and nasty. Serious attitude here.
