    Our garbage disposal stopped working a couple days ago. We stopped using it but water kept back up into the sink. I contact complete pumping on 3 July around 11 am. Tony responded almost instantly! He sent one of the plumbers out to the house before 4pm! The plumber showed up, identified what was wrong, and fixed the garbage disposal right then there. Labor, equipment, and install was $195 total! We had a great reliable experience.

He gave us a quote of $1000 go reinstall a normal toilet as long as we provided the toilet. That's WAY overpriced and we passed. I gave them a second chance to do our checkup on our air conditioning system. This is a home that we had built 7 years ago. The guy magically found issues with our system and said that we need to pay $4,000 to fix it but that would have to send someone else out to do the estimate and the work. Then he said that a capacitor was going out and we needed to pay $550+ for that. I said we will call them. We won't. I'm getting a second and third opinion before paying that much on a system that works fine. The representative was ok to deal with.

The A/C went out on them and they didn't want to "bother anyone" Well, first call to Fetch A Tech and they put an Emergency Rush for someone to come out to check it out. Well were told it would be between 2-4pm but were surprised when they called back in 10 mins and said someone could be out between 10-2pm. We were just happy someone would be out to check out the situation. When Jacob came out he found out that the Blower was out and oil had leaked which tripped the circuit breakers. Jacob came back in a couple of days and changed out the Blower with another along with a New Thermostat. We cannot say enough about Jacob and Fetch A Tech. They were prompt, professional and above all, cared. They went above the call of duty in their immediate response during a very Hot Week in May. So a big "Thank You" to Bernadette who took our call and especially our Technician Jacob, who went "above & beyond." We Highly recommend Fetch A Tech and their super reliable service! 5-Stars

    I held two contracts with this company after they bought out the company I previously contracted…read morewith. After several incidents of substandard service and being told I needed to do work that did not need to be done, I cancelled both contracts. Since one contract was not close to the renewal date, they asked me to keep the contract active and allow them to earn back my business. I said yes, only to have the same sort of incidents repeat themselves. So I cancelled the contact that was not close to renewal. Months later, I discovered I'd been charged $299 for an annual membership. Several calls later, and no resolution. I told them exactly why I was cancelling in a blunt but not disrespectful way. I remember it clearly but I did not get confirmation. I would not recommend working with this company. In my case, they told me I needed extensive work- and sometimes I did that work- only to be told later but reputable vendors the work did not need to be done.

When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. Many THANKS to Arturo and the NRS Team for spotting a potential plumbing issue and providing a great solution. That's what every homeowner expects.     Robert provided great service. This company and Robert saved me from being ripped off by the other…read moreplumbing vendor, let me explain. Right from the jump, I called this company to help me out of a bad situation. The person on the phone was kind enough to listen as I was stressed and got Robert out within like 30-40 minutes. That part was shocking already. But I literally had another plumber at the house from another company, who was called out(scheduled) to flush the water heater and fix a faucet issue in the upstairs tub. Hours later after this other company failed to go to the store and buy the correct cartridge for the faucet (a second wasteful trip), and he still struggled to fix it and put the faucet back on correctly, they were claiming of some blow out issue to the house and emergency plumbing repairs were needed at a price of estimated $8,000 to $15,000. First thing i thought was, how did i get in this nightmare. Is this similar to that whole taxi cab scam of longhauling. Thankfully , Robert showed up as the other vendor/plumber did not want to stick around. Would you believe they even left without me paying any fees and they said they would work that out with me later. Robert then shows, hears my issues and what not, fixes the faucet upstairs, tests the water levels, cleans out the little screens inside the end of the faucets, even fixed a small issue with the toilet tank that kept running that I was unaware of as he investigated the house thoroughly, spent over 2 hours helping to flush out the water lines and restore everything I really needed. He even confirmed that another vendor I use for the water osmosis filters and who handles the water softener (and a suggested replacement by many), he confirms if I can get that vendor out there the next day for the price they were quoting, I should do it. Now that is building trust. He even advised me on the better option to the unit that is better for me and the house, again, not their service and not benefitting from that other vendor doing the work. Utlimately, Robert saved me from a wasteful expense to another vendor, who was trying to rip me off. Shameful that this occurs, but glad to know not every business is like this. Go with Robert and Goettl servicing. Ps, they charged me nothing for this initial consultation and work performances. They are establishing a quality business relationship and advised me on steps i may need for the house going forward, without pressure, giving me time to evaluate.

(Non emergency situation since it's just the beginning of summer) When the tech came out he was punctual, and came in with a neat uniform. He quoted me $2k+ then said, "I can replace the following parts, but I can't guarantee how much longer your unit will last." "If it were me I would get a brand new unit." I informed the tech he was my first estimate/quote of the day, and that I have 2 other techs scheduled, "I'll get back to you." The look on his face looked irritated that I was not ready to make a decision. He also didn't understand the social que that "I'll let you know," means to also leave my home. As I tried walking him out he said "let me at least get you some air flowing." And at the time it seemed like a genuine act, & such desperation for sales, in my head I remember thinking "damn, if this tech doesn't make a sale is he going to get fired?" That was the pressure I felt. So I was over charged for a capacitor. Replacing the capacitor did not fix my issue. I suppose this was a learning lesson for me, that when obtaining a quote, next time I'll stand my ground, and just ask the tech to straight up leave. Or I can make sure to have a male friend present. I requested $120.00 refunded to me, out of the $300 I paid. That would make this icky feeling go away. I have not heard back from the operations manager. Do some research before moving forward with Goettl.
