I've been coming for two months. Mary Stern is awesome. I look forward to my next visits (which is insane if you knew me). She is very smart and knows technics for the spine that very few therapists know (McKenzie method). She cares....and that is the best trait in a heath care professional. The receptionist chased me out to the parking lot and asked me if I wanted to reschedule? I said why would I reschedule when I can't get into my original appointment. Two weeks went by and I had a friend of mine called and they said they received the prescription, but nobody advised me about it. I tried to make an appointment and she said I didn't get my discharge papers from my former Physical Therapist. She never mentioned that when I was waiting for an hour the first time I went. Two weeks later she finally gets. The discharge letter tells me to come the day after Christmas at 9 AM. I go at 8:45 and I was told it was closed because it's the day after Christmas. I was infuriated so I went back later that day to get all my paperwork so I could go somewhere else. She had the nerve to tell me that I missed my appointment at 10 that day. I don't know what is wrong with her or why they have somebody so stupid working the front desk, but I will never recommend or advise anybody to go to that facility. Because of this girl, I am six weeks without any physical therapy for a broken femur. If this is the way she treats people on a walker she shouldn't be working in that physical therapy field because she has no compassion whatsoever.
